Estancia muy agradable en un hotel atractivo.
Pros:

El hotel es un sitio excelente para alojarse. El personal muy muy atento y simpático (menos la recepcionista rubia francesa, la única antipática). El chef Sergio muy atento y la otra recepcionista un encanto! Las instalaciones muy atractivas, la piscina descubierta para el verano muy chula. Gimnasio y spa gratis. La comida del desayuno y la cena la verdad que no tienen nada que envidiar a la de un buen restaurante. Se come muy bien con platos variados y de buena elaboración (rabo de buey, caracoles, entraña, pies de cerdo, etc.). La decoración del hotel es muy bonita, las habitaciones son amplias y con muy buenas vistas.
Allí vimos también como España lograba su segundo mundial!

Cons:

Yo fui con un bebé y estuve muy bien. Los camareros, la recepcionista se portaron genial con el bebé. Pero por pedir algo, yo pondría una sala infantil!

Séjour très agréable . Hôtel avec beaucoup d’atouts

Petit déjeuner superbe. Dîner moins bon ( sauf salades d’entrée ).

Cons:

Amabilité moyenne à l’arrivée ( nous arrivions trop tôt..) mais cela s’est arrangé ensuite. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre et on nous a demandé une caution de 20 euros pour nous en prêter une. Ceci est étonnant dans un 4 étoiles.

Relax i frescor a peu de muntanya
Pros:

Genial atenció per part de l'equip: L'hotel està molt ben situat a peu de pistes a uns (1700 m) Això fa que a l'estiu es converteixi en refugi climàtic, quan les temperatures de Catalunya són més altes (Juliol, Agost). Té una piscina exterior amb gespa i bar ( on es pot fins i tot dinar)hi pots passar la tarda o el matí ben fresc tot i que faci molta calor, perquè té ombres i la temperatua és ideal. També consta de jacuzzi i zona d'Spa. Les habitacions molt agradables i a l'estiu no es necessari aire acondicionat, en la que vàrem estar orientada a la muntanya amb unes vistes molt agradables (pistes). Totes les persones de l'equip parlen i entenen el català, super atentes i simpàtiques. Gràcies Encarna, Ronan, Pau, Fernando, Nacha i companyia. Desitjem que ens tornem a veure aviat.

Amazing breakfast , the game room downstairs, the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The view was relaxing. We also booked a horse riding class which was really interesting . The lady in charge was nice and takes good care of the horses !

Cons:

If there were double beds , it would be my number one destination for a chill and romantic stay! Otherwise, nothing to say !!

Pros:

hotel increible por dentro con "museo motos antiguas" y por fuera , muy buenas vistas de naturaleza.

personales de recepción de la mañana muy amable.

Cons:

cena con poca variedad de comida.

pedimos habitación doble con cama doble y no tenian , pague mas por esa habitación y resulta que solo tienen con 2 camas que estan muy duras y se duerme fatal.


no tienen aire acondicionado, al llegar primer dia a la habitación no tenemos gel de ducha, se wupone que revisan y rellenan si es necesario.

Disappointing experience
Pros:

I would have been happy to give this hotel a high rating because, overall, it is a very nice place.
We really liked the rooms, the comfortable beds, the beautiful views, the pools, and the restaurant's food.

Cons:

The first downside was the Wi-Fi, which was weak and disconnected frequently.

The second issue completely ruined our stay.

We booked two rooms for two nights, hoping to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The first day was wonderful. On the second day, however, the hotel hosted a wedding. During the afternoon, the cocktail reception was held on the lawn where hotel guests normally relax, which already felt quite awkward.

That evening, the wedding continued in the building opposite the main hotel, right next to the pool. Despite quiet hours, extremely loud music with heavy bass continued until the middle of the night. In July it was too hot to sleep with the windows closed, but opening them was impossible because of the noise. None of us—including our two children—could sleep.

Around 1 a.m., drunk wedding guests started shouting, laughing, and jumping on the children's inflatable trampoline directly below our windows. The hotel staff did nothing. When I complained at reception after 1 a.m., I was offered only two options: move to another room in the middle of the night with two sleepy children and all our luggage, or simply wait until 2:30 a.m. for the party to end.

This attitude was beyond disappointing. If the hotel chooses to host weddings, they should either reserve the entire property for the event or ensure it does not disturb other paying guests.

We were never warned that one of our two nights would be like this. There was no apology, no compensation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience.

If you are looking for a quiet mountain getaway, be aware that the hotel may host large weddings without informing guests in advance.

It's a real shame because the hotel has many strengths, but after this experience I cannot recommend staying here.
