Central, clean, comfortable & spacious
Pros:

Central yet quiet location with a 2min walk to tram stop Route 86 & 96.
Warm welcome from Ramy with exceptional customer service. Both Ramy & Brayden going above and beyond to accommodate our last minute booking request. An asset to Quest.
Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable making it quite easy to sleep in with our late checkout. Great having a balcony in such a quiet location. Could easily stay for longer.
Would highly recommend. We will be back!

It was a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was convenient and the stay was very comfortable. I had requested a bathtub, but unfortunately, it was fully booked and only a shower was available. Overall, I was satisfied with the facilities.

Very pleasant stay, very clean and comfortable
Pros:

Great city location with easy access to everywhere you want to go. Friendly and accommodating staff. Onsite parking was available but limited and a tad expensive per day but great to have the car close by.

Ideal location and friendly staff
Pros:

Great location with tram stops across the road and proximity to everything we wanted to access. Rooms are comfortable and clean but are starting to show their age. Kitchen is very small TV reception is poor - a lot of interference.

Cons:

Gym is old and very small area and limited equipment.
