It was so comfortable to have a full kitchen and lounge room.
I had to get down on my arthritic knees to plug the bedside lamps in.
Clean, comfortable, convenient location
Nothing
Very spacious with all amenities
Fantastic location
A little noisy because of the tram stop at the front but nothing ear plugs couldn’t fix!
Great city location with easy access to everywhere you want to go. Friendly and accommodating staff. Onsite parking was available but limited and a tad expensive per day but great to have the car close by.
Everything was great
Apartment was not vacuumed for 10 days
Tea coffee not replaced
No clean towels
Beds not made
Had to continually as for any service at all
Great location with tram stops across the road and proximity to everything we wanted to access. Rooms are comfortable and clean but are starting to show their age. Kitchen is very small TV reception is poor - a lot of interference.
Gym is old and very small area and limited equipment.
Central location, friendly staff.
Would definitely stay there again.
Location was great. Tram right outside the door. However a little difficult to sleep with noise and light
Poor reception access. Limited assistance from staff. Musty smell
Clean and comfortable apartment right in the middle of the city. Off street parking available for a cost.
Not much.
Wonderful experience first time visitors to Melbourne what a awesome time we had. We will be returning next April 2027 to completed the things we have not experienced. The Quest is in a great location to access all you need.
Rooms were quite large (two bedroom), comfy bed, easy access and clean. Staff were very nice. only thing I would say is bring earplugs, tram stop below our room was a bit noisy at night.
Nothing really wrong
We recently stayed at Quest on William Melbourne for one night while visiting from interstate for a concert, and overall it was a great experience.
From the outset, the service stood out. The staff were warm, welcoming, and proactive — a follow-up call the day before our arrival gave us real confidence that everything would run smoothly. When we arrived after the formal check-in time, everything was well organised with our keys, room, and car park space ready to go, making for a seamless arrival.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and impressively spacious. It would be particularly well-suited to couples or longer stays, especially with the added convenience of a kitchenette for those who prefer the option to cook.
Location-wise, it’s hard to fault. With a tram stop directly opposite the entrance and plenty of amenities within walking distance, getting around was easy and convenient. Despite being in a central area, the hotel felt private, with no noticeable noise from other guests.
The only minor downsides were related to access and street noise. The ground floor car park is quite tight and a little tricky to navigate, and it’s worth noting there’s no direct vehicle access from the main street — you’ll need to enter via the side street and use the short-term parks to check in. Being in the city, there was some expected street noise, including tram bells and occasional sirens, but nothing too disruptive.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
