A true delight
Pros:

The hotel has historic roots going back to the 18th century and Louis the XVI, beautifully renovated and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and gracious and full of helpful tips for restaurants and enjoying the island via bike. The breakfasts were exceptional, such fun to enjoy each morning. We stayed 5 nights. Kudos to the staff.

Wonderful birthday treat
Pros:

Great ambience and welcome from all the staff. Lovely grounds and perfect location.

Cons:

Wonderful bar but closed on a Monday and restricted times on other days.

Pool didn't open until 10.30 so no ability to have a breakfast swim - when hotel busy this made it hard to get a swim.

bcp tropde couacs pour le prix d un 4*. Mais super emplacement super bâtisse !

L emplacement, la beauté de l édifice, son caractère historique le personnel et le petit déjeuner quoique très cher (26€) en centre ville

Cons:

La chambre que nous avons eu, « Chevalier » n était pas du tout conforme aux photos du site.
Notre chambre ressemblait à plus un grand couloir….avec un vis à vis direct sur une autre chambre de moins d une dizaine de mètres.
Petit pb de plomberie :
Robinet du lavabo pas fixe.
Pommeau de douche incontrôlable il préférait douché plafond plutôt que le client.
Les serviettes renouvelles tous les jours à notre demande étaient posés sur le plan de salle de bain. En étant à peine repassées
Nous avons eu aussi des pb d apprisionment de papier toilettes durant ces 4 jours
Le spa , magnifique! Mais jamais libre!

Lieu absolument charmant, extrêmement bien situé au cœur de l’un des plus beaux villages de l’île. Personnel charmant et excellents produits au petit déjeuner.

Pros:

It was so central, the staff were lovely, the breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were nice a spacious. There was a lovely bar for a drink post dinner.
