When a window blind broke, they had it fixed within a day.

The hotel restaurant staff was completely inadequate. She could not even serve us water after waiting 20 minutes, seared at the table. She must have been the only wirker there. Very bad situation

Хотела се намира на удобно място точно срещу гарата. Ако планирате пътуване с цел да посетите близките градчета е ок. Бях ангажирала двойна стая, а се оказа, че трябва да доплащам за мъжа ми. Закуската беше много бедна и не си заслужава да я плащате. Хотела се намира в район в който няма нищо за разглеждане и е доста мизерен.

Cons:

Изключително мръсно беше около хотела.

Pros:

Perfect location for late-night flight into Lamezia by shuttle and opposite train station. Although the property looks slightly old, it was very clean. Lots of breakfast options.

Cons:

WiFi was very slow. Old property, but does the job.

Hotel jsem volil protože nás bylo 5 a nebylo mnoho jiných volných ubytovacích kapacit v druhé půlce srpna za rozumné peníze. Jeho poloha umožňovala dobré využití veřejné dopravy, zejména vlaku i autobusu na letiště.
Nejlepší na hotelu byl opravdu milý a ochotný personál. Kdykoliv jsem o něco požádal se mi snažili pomoci.
Snídaně byla dobrá, poměrně pestrá a personál doplňoval co chybělo. Nejlepší byli ještě teplé Croissanty. Dětem na snídani chybělo mléko. měli tam sice cereálie, ale bez mléka byli k ničemu

Cons:

Pokoje byli poměrně strohé a relativně malé. V třílůžkovém pokoji jme měli jednu židli, žádný stůl. Ne každá el. zásuvka fungovala. Celkově bylo na pokojích a hlavně koupelně poznat, opotřebení a zub času. Na více místech v hotelu jsem si všiml poškozené malby. Rozměr sprchy 70x70 cm nebyl komfortní. Okolí hotelu bylo to nejškaredší co jsem v Itálii za těch pár dní viděl. Za to, ale hotel nemůže. Nádražní budova, která se snad rekonstruuje měla na špatném dojmu nemalý podíl. Takže jen přespat, nasnídat se a jít pryč.

purtroppo ho avuto un problema all'ultimo momento e non sono più partito. nonostante tutto l'hotel è stato disponibile a non farmi pagare nessuna penale, anche se prevista. Stesso discorso per Booking. Viaggio di sovente per cui sicuramente pernotterò in questo hotel perché penso che la disponibilità a capire le esigenze del cliente, più che il mero profitto, siano una qualità che pochi hanno. ringrazio lo staff dell'hotel. a presto
