Bathroom very small. Noisy, but that was the school kids staying on the same floor. Very limited service of the rooms.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of apartment, the well equiped kitchen and bathroom facilities

Cons:

The curtains. in bedroom were old and dirty, they really need to be replaced.

Great value for money. Convenient for Qpac and restaurants in Southbank.

Cons:

Breakfast not great.. wanted toast with an egg. Seems that’s not possible although eggs with other things on the menu.

Quite disappointed, online photos appeared to be deceiving as hotel was outdated, old and musty.
Pros:

It was in Southbank.

Cons:

Completely outdated hotel needing refurbishment. Had to drive around the streets to work out where the hotel entrance was, as there was no directions available to find the hotel. Queen bed so uncomfortable had to sleep in extra bed. Pillows awful. No breakfast service due to public holiday, yet offered a take away breakfast “bag” which we declined as it was not fresh.

Excellent in every regard.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Facilities excellent. Very clean & comfortable. We loved our stay there & would definitely come again if we were seeing a show at QPAC. We would highly recommend this accommodation to friends.

Not the best, we had to leave early anyway.

Cons:

Room was not very clean, internet cables hanging out of wall, exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work, curtains were very stained. Couch was sofa bed that was broken and couldn’t be packed away properly so was very uncomfortable to sit on.
