Excellent master bed and shower. The room was small but comfortable. Parking was really easy too.
We had a single bed and a queen bed but the single bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Considering the reason to stay in hotels is to sleep i don't understand why beds are so uncomfortable.

Main door very heavy n loud when we shut hence who is sleeping gets disturbs.
It was close to where we needed
Out room looked onto the underside of the bridge and didn't feel amazingly safe. But the beds were comfortable, the price was right. The location was good for what we needed

Comfortable, spacious, clean, well-laid out. Great location for access to anything at all at Southbank.
Location was great. Easy parking. Room clean and enough space.
2nd day we left our towels on the floor for new ones. New towels where thrown on the bed, no folded. Coffee cups and glasses not replaced with clean cups. Beds just pulled up roughly.

I arrived after 10 and the whole building was locked up. I had instructions to get my key from a lockbox, but as the hotel is very large and spread over a few buildings, it wasn't easy finding the lockbox or my room, and as a solo traveller I didn't feel super safe hauling my bags around a deserted site. The sliding door to the balcony didn't lock, and there was a lot of shouting coming from outside at 2am. Knowing there were no staff around made me feel unsafe. The room was spacious enough, but very shabby given the price I paid.
Within a short walk to South Bank where I was attending some events. Complimentary safe car parking. Fantastic staff on reception. Good Air/con. Clean well presented facilities.
TV was not tuned in (probably could have been resolved by a call to reception but I wasn’t in the room a lot) - a minor inconvenience. A microwave in the room would have been nice to reheat meals.

It was an efficient stop to gallery and station. Comfort was suitable for my purpose.
It was very small room and TV just ok. The quality of products in the tea and coffee facilities basic. Map to surrounds difficult to negotiate and read.
