A shower cubicle rather than a bath that I needed to step into and better taps. In general the bathroom needed a reno.
Very short walk to attractions, ferries,river front walk, restaurants and public transport. We were first timers to Brisbane so we could walk everywhere we needed easily.
Location close to the theatres on Southbank was excellent. Value for money
Should be advertised as Motel not Hotel. I was worried walking back late at night as didn't seem to be any security around and the options were to walk a secluded footpath or down a back street to access the hotel.
