Fabulous
Pros:

A luxury accommodation that ticked all of the boxes for our stay in Saint Malo. Well kept aquatic facilities, lovely room, and very friendly, accodating staff. Well loved our stay for 4 nights !

Très bien hors mis cette mauvaise surprise. Mais on pense y retourner rapidement

Le prix du parcours aquatique… alors que par téléphone lorsque j’ai demandé si les activités piscine sauna… étaient accessibles aux hôtes de l’hôtel on m’a répondu que oui… sans préciser cette spécificité. Cela m’a coûté 120€ alors que je ne m’y attendais pas.
J’aurais bien apprécié un geste commercial lorsque j’en ai parlé au moment du Check out.

Cons:

Ma réservation était faite depuis le 30 janvier et ils ont mis 10 minutes à retrouver ma réservation, un problème avec le service client (apparemment)
Beaucoup de monde au spa, pas beaucoup de place pour circuler et ne buvez surtout pas la tasse car le parcours aquatique est à l’eau de mer
