Perfect hotel right in the heart of Sofia. Staff were amazing, room was large and very clean with a fridge 👍 breakfast was very nice and the restaurant was amazing on a night. Really good experience!

The location is great. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is adequate, varied enough, and freshly made.

Cons:

The mattress on the bed is too firm. As a person who sleeps on his side, I had pains in both shoulders because the bed was too hard. Also the pillows are not that comfortable. I would suggest memory foam pillows.

Also for safety, the hotel should install a grab bar in the shower.

El tamaño de la habitación estaba bastante bien y la ubicación también era buena, muy cerca del Bulevar Vitosha.
El desayuno era simple pero aceptable. El colchón y las almohadas eran confortables.

Cons:

La verdad me sorprende que ese hotel tenga tan buena nota. Es un hotel viejo, no antiguo. El ascensor parece que se va a caer, estaba en la última planta y había un olor de comida que lo impregnaba todo. Lo más importante, el aire acondicionado hacía un ruído insoportable y no enfriaba absolutamente nada, un calor insoportable.
La ducha no tenía potencia ninguna, había una cortina en la ducha pero el agua se colaba por todas partes y al final mojaba todo el baño.
Es un completo absurdo cobrar más de 70€, que fue lo que pagué, por ese hotel. Como máximo, pagaría 30€ y aún así fallaría por no tener el aire acondicionado.
No lo sé porque pero, felizmente, no conseguí hacer la reserva para más noches y al día siguiente me cambié a otro hotel, mil veces mejor y más barato.

Super Lage um Sofia zu erkunden, die Zimmer waren ausreichend ausgestattet

Cons:

Leider war eines unserer Zimmer bei Check-in nicht richtig gereinigt, nach einem Hinweis wurde dies aber direkt behoben
