Cortesia, posizione, disponibilità ad un prezzo giusto e corretto. Ottima la posizione.
Pros:

Struttura a 2 passi dal Centro e 15 minuti, camminando piano, nemmeno dalla Reggia, con possibilità di Posto Auto. Cortesia e disponibilità ai massimi livelli. Colazione con molte cose a disposizione, gestita MOLTO bene per limitare sprechi. Personale da lode.

Personale gentilissimo e servizievole. Posizione centrale vicinissima a tutti i negozi,pizzerie,bar e la Reggia di Caserta.Molto comodo anche il parcheggio.Per non dire del letto comodissimo e grande nella camera superior e stanze grandissime e belle.Avendo letto alcune recensioni che la colazione era scarsa non mi aspettavo un gran che...ma invece è molto comodo e piacevole fare la colazione in questo hotel.Con il cibo freschissimo!E vero che devi scrivere al massimo sera prima quello che vorresti mangiare o bere e a che ora..ma l'ho trovato comodo per la nostra famiglia di 5 persone e penso anche per il cameriere.Che comunque è gentilissimo e molto simpatico e anche se non ho segnato il caffè(visto che ho scritto il cappuccino)ci ha fatto sia il caffè che il cappuccino com'è lo vuolevamo.Ci torneremo siguramente

Carino ma migliorabile
Pros:

Posizione ottima rispetto alla reggia. Gentilezza del personale

Cons:

Pulizia della camera (tra una notte e un’altra non è stato neanche spazzato a terra) e c’era un’ape morta nel vaso sul tavolo.
L’organizzazione della colazione mi sembra un po’ strana.non è a buffet, quindi il fatto di dover chiedere ogni minima cosa (anche il cacao nel latte) è stressante.

Hotel Bruman, accoglienza, comodità e convenienza
Pros:

Hotel molto accogliente. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Ottima posizione in centro città a soli 10 minuti dalla Reggia di Caserta e dalla stazione da cui siamo andati in treno a visitare Napoli, anche grazie alla presenza del parcheggio interno gratuito che ci ha permesso di lasciare la macchina per fare le nostre escursioni a piedi. Molto buona anche la colazione che prevede un'ampia scelta di opzioni. Da non trascurare la convenzione con un ristorante a soli 50 metri dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato con soddisfazione a prezzi molto contenuti
