When she came to clean up the room, she didn’t clean up the room! She made my bed, left things (pillows on the floor) and that was it, that wasn’t cleaning

Pros:

The staff was super friendly and super helpful. I didn’t love the hotel itself but the people were so sweet that it made up for it. Also you have unlimited tea and coffee which is nice and a kitchen that is well being taken care of.

Cons:

There are no lifts, so it’s not very convenient I think when you have a suitcase that you have to carry down and up the stairs.
The hotel itself wasn’t that clean, I’ve spent 3 nights and the floor was dirty and dusty and they didn’t even pass the vacuum for the three nights I stayed.
The room was also very small with nothing for me to put my clothes, I had to leave everything in my suitcase …. Also if you wanted to open the window, you literally had to climb up on a chair to do it.

Un excellent séjour à Tromsø ! 🇳🇴 L’hôtel est agréable et tout s’est très bien passé.
Mention spéciale à Lili à l’accueil, une personne adorable, toujours souriante et pleine de bons conseils ! Elle a su rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable grâce à sa bonne humeur et sa gentillesse.
