Fabulous place to start or end to a vacation
Pros:

Diner was exceptional in a beautiful court yard setting which was the main reason for our visit as the hotel is a little way out of Caen .

Cons:

After a long day sightseeing it would have been good to have been told of the outside sitting area
Where we could have relaxed with a cold drink

La chambre et le petit déjeuner délicieux.

Cons:

Les locaux de la réception nous ont beaucoup inquiétées malgré le sourire de l’hôtesse d’accueil. Nous pensons que cette réception est provisoire et due aux travaux.
Il serait souhaitable d’en informer les clients en arrivant.

We didn't stay and expect a full refund
Pros:

Didn't stay for breakfast, left when realised this wasn't a hotel but a building site.

Cons:

A hotel with spa, bar and restaurant advertised, a building site was delivered with none of these. So disappointed!
