Clean, practical, no charm, not special, breakfast saves the day!

Massive room, excellent breakfast, clean, safe

Cons:

Street / location is not as attractive as pictures suggest, not a single seat in the room. Basically we had a huge wheelchair accessible dorm style room. Effective but barren.

Staff and room were fab. But a table in the room with a. Chair would have been handy and shelf in the bathroom would have been handy also.

Cons:

Noise locally was awful, but that's what happens when you stay in the centre of a town. The pub downstairs stopped playing music at 1am, people hung around until 5am talking and singing outaide and the birds started at 5:30am so didn't get much sleep.
