Gute Lage für ein paar Tage in Lugano
Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage mit gratis Parplätze.
Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Geräumes Zimmer

Cons:

Zimmer mit Seesicht relativ laut, da Fenster schlecht gedämmt. Zuglinie direkt vor Hotel

Super séjour sans problèmes.
Pros:

Pour un 3 étoiles nous avons été ravis.
Il serait digne d’un 4 !
Excellent petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. C’est la première fois que je trouve même des mini hamburgers, des nems en plus du sucré salé classique.
La restauration du bâtiment est très bien réalisé.
Le personnel est agréable avec une mention particulière pour le responsable du bar.
En plus le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent et super décoré de vieux outils et d’une distillerie.

Cons:

L’avantage de cet hôtel est d’être quasiment le long de la gare CFF, peut-être un peu bruyant la nuit quand les trains de marchandises circulent!
Et un parc à voitures assez restreint.
Avantage un abonnement général des transports publics offert par l’hôtel le temps du séjour

Ich kann dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut.
Schöne Räumlichkeiten.
Die Aussenanlage mit dem Poolbereich war schön.
Gutes Essen und gute Weine im Restaurant.

Cons:

Kein Wasserkocher für Tee, oder Kaffee im Zimmer.

Gutes Frühstück mit ausreichender Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war es durch die nahe gelegenen Zuggeleise recht laut. Zudem war das Zimmer nachts sehr hell, was den Schlaf etwas beeinträchtigt hat

A classic, classy hotel that’s like an oasis, with great views and train-friendly location.
Pros:

Fantastic location for train and bus connections - just go up the stairs for Track 4 at the station, and you are steps away from the hotel. Yet train noise was never a problem.

To get down to the lake level, go to the train station and take the funicular right down to the shopping district. Or take many stairs.

The hotel has a classic atmosphere with a palm forest (the „park“) and lovely decor that brings a fine older era into modern hospitality.

We had a room with lake view and balcony, which I highly recommend.

Breakfast was very good in variety and quality.

The Ticino Ticket provided by the hotel was great for taking buses wherever we wanted to go in the whole region.

Happy hour in the little bar has a nice atmosphere.

Staff were all excellent and hospitable.

Cons:

Not a huge deal, but the bathroom opened right near the bed with a sliding non-soundproof door, so it wasn’t as private as we might have liked for 2 friends traveling together. But I would never let that stop me from choosing this hotel again - I would love to return.

Tolles Hotel an Toplage in einer wunderschönen Stadt.
Pros:

Lage top, super nahe zum Bahnhof und Altstadt. Frühstück war hervorragend, es hatte alles was man braucht. Personal im ganzen Hotel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Palmengarten sieht sehr verlockend aus für im Sommer.

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig, ist ein sehr altehrwürdiges Gebäude.
