Cons:

Prenotazione effettuata molti mesi fa. Una volta effettuato il check-in ci viene consegnata una camera improponibile: al piano terra dietro la piscina che puzzava di umido e muffa. Inoltre sebbene avessi fatto preventiva richiesta di due letti singoli, la camera presentava un solo letto. Mi sono rifiutata di alloggiare in quella stanza, ed essendo l’albergo al completo, ho ricevuto indietro i soldi e ho trovato una sistemazione migliore.

Ottima struttura da poco ristrutturata, dotata di tutti i servizi, ottimo il servizio di reception che con garbo e gentilezza ci ha spiegato le varie attrazioni dell'isola. La camera era piccola ma pulita e ordinata e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ottimo il buffet dolce e salato con un ottimo caffè nonostante fosse da macchinetta automatica, presenti anche dei distributori automatici per quando non è disponibile il servizio bar. Posizione ottima, con la fermata dell'autobus a due minuti a piedi che connette direttamente all'aeroporto e al centro di Palma, e a due minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Plaja de Palma. Consigliatissimo!
