Pros:

We had a good stay at this hotel. The breakfast and dinner was good ,with plenty of choice,the location was great. The bus station was just 3 minutes away,the beach about a 5 Minute walk,there was many bars and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well,. It is not a luxury hotel ,but offers good value for money. We would happily recommend it. Staff very nice 🙂

Pros:

Boa localização, funcionários muito simpáticos. Suzana (Vieira) do Restaurante e David da Recepção nos ajudaram muito!

STRUTTURA BUONA. PERSONALE SUPER DISPONIBILE
Pros:

La posizione, molto vicina al lungomare pur rimanendo defilata dal centro. I servizi, era inclusa anche la cena a buffet, molto apprezzata dato che una sera causa allerta meteo non sono riuscita ad uscire. Bella la piscina anche se non ho usufruito del servizio. La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale.

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità prezzo forse un po’ l’eccessivo vista la posizione e soprattutto la camera che era molto basica e non offriva neanche un frigo. Ma ho soggiornato dal 19 al 23 agosto e purtroppo trattasi di alta stagione.

Pros:

The location is perfect. Lidl is 5 minutes away from hotel. You can find a carpark next to hotel or across lidl. Breakfast and dinner was good for me and it was enough to be full. My room was single room but i got double bed in high season and it was very good opportunity for me. The air conditioner was working very good. My bed was comfortable. I will prefer here again.

Cons:

The only thing there was ants on the floor. I didn't care but it shouldnt have been in the room. I found some hair on my bed sheets but maybe it fell while they were cleaning i dont know. The sheet looked clean.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Pros:

E' la terza volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel. Personale alla reception valido ed efficiente.
Camera accogliente e con tutti i comfort. Rispetto agli anni precedenti migliorata sotto l'aspetto delle pulizie. Un consiglio magari con soggiorni superiori ai 5 giorni come il nostro, sarebbe gradito lavaggio pavimento e cambio lenzuola.
Posizione eccellente con tutto vicino...centro, parcheggi, stazione autobus...tutto a piedi!
La cucina presenta diverse pecche che per fortuna sono state colmate brillantemente da Susana e dal suo staff, sempre cordiali, allegre ed attente ad ogni esigenza con una pulizia tavoli impeccabile!!!

Cons:

La nostra esperienza con il buffet è stata piuttosto deludente, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la cucina.
Il cibo era spesso freddo e l'organizzazione della cucina lasciava molto a desiderare. Inoltre, la cucina è estremamente rumorosa e alcuni membri del personale di cucina erano piuttosto sgradevoli, persino maleducati.
Un altro aspetto che ha attirato la nostra attenzione è che la griglia viene spenta alle 21:30, nonostante il buffet rimanga aperto fino alle 22:00. Troviamo incomprensibile che, mentre il servizio è ancora attivo, la griglia non sia più disponibile nell'ultima mezz'ora.
Nel mio caso, sono anche allergica alle arachidi e nessuno si è preoccupato di spiegarmi quali alimenti potessi mangiare o quali potessero contenerle. L'unica persona che si è avvicinata per spiegarmi la situazione è stato Sandro, un cuoco, e gli sono molto grata per aver almeno fatto questo sforzo. Al contrario, vogliamo esprimere un giudizio molto positivo sul personale di sala, che si è dimostrato molto attento, gentile e premuroso in ogni momento. Il problema non era da attribuire a loro, ma principalmente alla cucina e alla gestione del buffet.
Nel complesso, riteniamo che dovrebbero migliorare significativamente l'organizzazione, la temperatura del cibo, il funzionamento della griglia e, soprattutto, il modo in cui il personale di cucina tratta i clienti.
