My stay has been very pleasant! The service has been amazing from the moment I arrived. A special thank-you to Ahmed and his team, who were hospitable, warm, and incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and took care of every request with a smile.

The food was top-notch, with excellent quality and flavor at every meal. It's easily one of the highlights of the stay.

I can't wait to visit again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality and a memorable experience in Mahdia!

Firstly, we’d like to thank everyone at Iberostar Selection Royal El Mansour for a fantastic holiday.

After a bad experience at another hotel in July, we didn’t want to rule Tunisia out for our next holiday. After weeks of research, we chose Iberostar Selection Royal El Mansour. Our flight from Newcastle was delayed, so we arrived at the hotel at around 12:30 am. The receptionist was so lovely and welcoming, and even arranged for us to have something to eat before we went to our room.

From that moment, we knew we were in for a lovely holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the entrance and lobby are clean, bright and welcoming. During our stay, we enjoyed some amazing food, met some lovely people and made the most of everything the hotel had to offer.

We’d especially like to thank our barman, Abdallah, who works at the pool bar during the day. I couldn’t find a drink I liked, so he said, “Let me make you my special drink.” From then on, he was our barman! He didn’t do it for tips or anything in return; he just wanted to make sure I had a lovely drink to enjoy in the sun. I may have had 10 or 12 of them a day, but nobody made them like Abdallah. He was off on Friday, and no one else could make his drink, so I was very happy to see him back on Saturday!

The entertainment team were fantastic too. We’re already looking at booking again for next year. You have guests for life after this holiday!

Thank you again to everyone for making our stay so special.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. L'établissement est très calme, parfait pour un séjour de détente. En revanche, il y a peu de commerces ou d'animations à proximité immédiate (bars, salons de thé, etc.).

Cons:

Très mauvaise expérience à l'arrivée : plus d'une heure d'attente pour le check-in. La réception était totalement débordée et désorganisée, avec des bagages entassés un peu partout. De plus, la climatisation laissait à désirer et il n'y avait aucune place disponible au bord de la piscine.
