Me gustó la ubicación y el trato de los trabajadores. Siempre fueron muy amables.

Cons:

Encontré hormigas en la zona de la cocina, pero entiendo que es por la vegetación que hay alrededor. Tampoco me gustó encontrar mosquitos, tuve que comprar repelente para mosquitos en un minimarket. Esto es algo que a mi parecer, el hospedaje podría incluir. Y también recomendaría que la limpieza la hagan más profunda, noté que debajo de los muebles y la cama había mucho polvo.

Pros:

't Klooster ligt op een centrale plek in Pietermaai, Willemstad. Is goed bereikbaar en met gelegenheid om te parkeren. Het is een kleinschalig hotel, met authentieke bouw en gezellige binnentuin van het voormalige klooster. Originele details zijn nog goed bewaard. Er werkt bijzonder vriendelijk, behulpzaam en betrokken personeel, velen al diverse jaren.
Ik kom er al jaren en steeds met veel plezier.

Pros:

El hotel nos resultó comodisimo. Nos hospedamos 7 noches. Su ubicación, siempre lugar para estacionar en la puerta, clave. Cerca de los restaurantes, pero a la vez sobre una calle tranquila. Adentro , es un hotel boutique remodelado, muy bien logrado. El personal sumamente cordial y bien predispuesto. El desayuno completísimo. Lo recomiendo porque cerca no hay cafés o lugares para desayunar y en precio calidad vale la pena.

Cordialidade dos funcionários, camareiras, café, recepção e em especial o Sr que fica a noite. A recepção mesmo sem entender português, sempre se esforçando com tradutor para comunicação.

An Unforgettable Week of Comfort and Kindness

We spent a week at this hotel and left already wanting to return. The calm atmosphere, the genuine kindness of the staff, and the way they welcomed us made all the difference. Even when we tried to communicate with our very limited Dutch, they greeted us with patience, humor, and warm smiles.The cloister of the former convent is a truly special place: clean, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing, reading, or simply enjoying the moment. Breakfast surprised us with its quality and variety, and the Bar BQ absolutely unforgettable. It was an excellent week, one that we will remember fondly. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Foi uma boa estadia com ótimo custo benefício.
Pros:

Fiquei em um apartamento com 2 quartos e era muito espaçoso. O ambiente do hotel é bem charmoso e está bem localizado próximos a restaurantes e lojinhas.

Por ser espaçoso, acredito que faltou mais limpeza no chão.

Pros:

Ontzettende lieve gastvrije medewerkers, staan altijd voor je klaar.Heerlijk ontbijt. Ligging vsn het complex is ideaal. Leuke en lekkere restaurants kort in de buurt.
