I love the staffs

The Rooms were to airtightend that I couldn't open the windows while the air conditioner wasn't working either

Pros:

Clean room and comfortable bed

Cons:

Maintenance works were being performed with horrendous breakfast as opposed to their previous standards and Mimosa restaurant staff who were super slow and did not understand orders

Pros:

Staff very friendly, excellent food in Vincent.

Cons:

Corridors and some areas are a little dated. Could do with loungers by the pool.
