Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Delta Hotels by Marriott auf Sardinien war rundum perfekt. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, die Mitarbeitenden waren durchwegs freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch die Unterkunft selbst war super. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gelegt wird. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit!

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war das Depot von 100 Euro pro Person, das bei der Anreise über die Kreditkarte hinterlegt werden musste. Diese Regelung fanden wir etwas umständlich und nicht ganz kundenfreundlich. Abgesehen davon war unser Aufenthalt rundum hervorragend.

Kann man machen, gehen Sie aber lieber doch in die Altstadt Hotels.
Pros:

Das Personal zuvorkommend, wir hatten aber auch die teuerste Suite im 8. Stock für 4 Nächte genucht.

Cons:

1 Aufzug über längere Zeit defekt,
Oberflächliche Reinigung der Zimmer,
Einrichtung und Teppiche in die Jahre gekommen
Frühstücksrestaurant mit dem Charme einer Bahnhofshalle,
Keine Liegenauflagen am Pool, etc..

Pros:

L'hotel era buono e tutto funzionava perfettamente. Ci teniamo a lodare in modo particolare Francesco della reception, che ci ha aiutato a cambiare camera con grande disponibilità e senza alcun problema. Grazie per l'eccellente servizio clienti!

Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel.
Quiero agradecer especialmente a Francesco y a Alessandra que entendieron lo que necesitábamos y se preocuparon por resolverlo rápidamente.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy pobre, no está acorde a un hotel de esa categoría.
Tampoco es bueno el servicio de la cena, nos trajeron la comida fría.

Pros:

Moderní, čisté, pohodlné, odpovídá 4*, dobrá snídaně, široký výběr, nabídka kávy přímo od baristy. Velmi pěkný hotel, parkování zdarma pod přístřeškem, bazén jsme nevyužili, ale byl čistý, velký.

Cons:

Vyšší cena za pokoj. Vezmou si zálohu 50 euro jako vratnou kauci, na účtu zpět za cca 2 dny.

Gutes Stadthotel, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Anfahrt an. Das Hotel war etwas kompliziert, Hoteleigene Bar Schloss pünktlich um 23 Uhr das fangen wir etwas zu kurz. Beim einchecken gab es Diskussion, ob das Preis im Vorfeld das Hotel den Preis abgebucht hatte. Dies konnte nicht geklärt werden, war aber nach Überprüfung nicht der Fall. Insofern hat das Hotel hier alles richtig gemacht.

Dreadfully disappointed.
Pros:

The breakfast was good,as usual and the manager and staff were excellent. Always happy to make I was happy with the food and cheerful.

Cons:

Every time I've stayed at the Marriott there is something wrong with the room. If it's not the plumbing, lukewarm shower, the safe breaks down or the lights don't work.This time the lift was out of order during the whole of visit. I've been using the hotel twice a year in May and October because it's convenient. This time because of flight times I asked for a later than normal check out, I'm talking a couple of hours and after years of using the hotel they wanted to charge me. OKAY after I made a fuss they relented but by then I was appalled and told them so.
