Would stay again
Pros:

Clean and comfortable beds. Large room. Nice pool. I would stay again. It’s a little walk into city. However we found some really good restaurants close by.

Cons:

There was confusion when checking in. An extra €50 per night was added to the amount we booked for on booking.com. We were advised this was refundable. We paid when checking in.
When checking out the staff wanted me to pay again and refund me my original payment. I declined to do this. To be fair they agreed it was unfair and refunded me my overpayment instead.

Un Bellissimo séjour !
Pros:

Un séjour très agréable ! Nous avons été ravis par l’accueil chaleureux reçu tout au long de notre séjour. Une mention spéciale à toute l’équipe de la réception ainsi qu’au personnel de la restauration pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.

Notre véritable coup de cœur : Mario, au restaurant. D’un professionnalisme irréprochable, toujours généreux et bienveillant, il a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Mille mercis à lui 🙏

Le restaurant/bar offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix avec des produits frais et savoureux. L’hôtel est moderne, très bien équipé et idéalement situé, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et dispose d’un parking sécurisé gratuit.

Le petit-déjeuner buffet est copieux et varié, et le café italien préparé par Mario… it’s bellissima, grazie ☕🇮🇹

C’est d’ailleurs pour toutes ces raisons que nous avons réservé de nouveau notre dernière nuit dans cet hôtel, afin de terminer notre séjour à Olbia sur une magnifique note.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation !

Un bon établissement de passage, pas de séjour
Pros:

Hôtel à l américaine, avec les standards. Grande chambre,mini terrasse, lits hyper confortables. Café et thé possibles. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très aimable.Piscine et parking.

Cons:

Situé dans une zone difficile à définir Voiture indispensable. Restaurant assez cher et décevant.

Alles super gepasst! Jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Zimmer, Frühstück (glutenfreies Brot, Müsli, etc auf Verlangen verfügbar), alles super! Personal total freundlich und hilfreich. Parkplatz immer verfügbar. Lage ziemlich zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Rundum zufrieden! Jederzeit wieder!

Tudo. Apesar dos preços salgados do bar e restaurante,. como tudo na Itália, de resto tudo perfeito.

Cons:

O box do banheiro é um pouco pequeno, e o misturador do chuveiro grande, o que atrapalha um pouco o banho, mas não desmerece em nada o hotel.

Una King Deluxe !
Provo a spegnere l’ aria condizionata ma purtroppo l’ aria fredda continua ad uscire dalla boccette che si trovano proprio sopra il letto e sono fastidiose!
Ho dovuto cambiare camera, non avendo più la mia King ma un’ altra stanza più piccola! Dove la doccia non funziona bene e l’ acqua ti cade sulla testa anche se non vuoi!
Rientro alle 00,24 e ritrovo l’ aria condizionata accesa nonostante io avessi spento l’ interruttore!
Si ricomincia… devi chiamare il ricevimento per spegnere l’ aria …!

Ok, würde es aber nicht nochmal buchen
Pros:

Hotel liegt ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt.

Positiv:
- Großes Zimmer, wie auf den Bildern angegeben
- Großes Bad
- Speisen beim Frühstück ok
- Schneller check out
- Check out eine Stunde später war kein Problem

Cons:

Negativ:
- Schimmel am Duschkopf (siehe Bild)
- Tisch auf dem Balkon wurde eine Woche lang nicht abgewischt
- Dreckiger Balkon (siehe Bild)
- Personal beim Frühstück sammelt die Teller teilweise während des Essens ein oder unmittelbar nach dem letzten Bissen. Vielleicht haben sie nicht genügend Geschirr.
- Obstauswahl beim Frühstück sehr limitiert und wird nur vereinzelt nachgefüllt.
- Verschimmelte Birne wurde erst nach 3 Tagen entfernt. (Siehe Bild)
- Nehmen am Marriot Programm teil, meine Frage ob ich Punkte für Leistungen (Speisen, Getränke) einlösen kann konnten 4 verschiedene Mitarbeiter der Rezeption nicht beantworten. Laut Marriot website und AGBs hätte es gehen sollen, da sie sich mit ihren eigenen Programmen nicht auskennen konnte ich die Punkte nicht verwenden.
