旧市街で立地とスタッフが最高
Pros:

スタッフの笑顔と対応が良かった。
ルーフトップの部屋にupsaleしましたが、ベランダからの景色を含め大変良かったです。

Cons:

計画停電がありました。チェックイン時に説明がなかったので、早朝ビックリしました。停電のためエレベーターが使えず８階まで暗い階段を往復することとなり難儀しました。
でも旅の想い出としては良かったです。スタッフの笑顔で帳消しでした。

Emplacement super, la chambre petite mais fonctionnelle (cependant sans fenêtres).

L’emplacement était super.

Cons:

Notre chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre ce qui peut être dérangeant. La dame de la réception était très insistante pour que l’on réserve des activités via ses contacts, cependant il s’est avéré que c’était parfois 2x plus cher que si nous réservions par nous même.

Pudimos hacer early check in, eso nos ayudó aprovechar al máximo nuestra instancia en Hanói. Estás en el centro de todo, muy útil si estás quedándote por pocos días, en la habitación no se escucha nada de ruido. Estuvo increíble y la recomiendo

Personnel serviable, chambre (pas côté rue) calme et propre, bonne literie, petit-déjeuner simple mais bon, très bien situé, bon wifi, climatiseur efficace, bon rapport qualité / prix.

Cons:

Petite chambre, il manque un (petit) bureau et une chaise.
