People make the difference
Pros:

The super sunshine smile of Sandra and her eagerness to satisfy every guest happy brought great happiness to us. We also loved the red hair lady at the breakfast who served the best cappuccino on the Island and also the pool bar girl, who said there was no fresh juice on the menu, but still made one for us. All of them deserve kudos for being solution focused and guest centered experience

It was a bit cold in the room, but Sandra the sunshine made everything better

Location, view and family room were all very good! For this price though , few small improvements are needed.
Pros:

Roof top very amazing, the ground floor swimming pool could be improved! It also faces an old and under refurbishment building which is not pleasant which is too close to the property and quite intrusive.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but could be improved (in line with the costs). For instance a real coffee/ cappuccino could still be included (rather than the automatic coffee machine). The gym could also be improved , the booking is not very convenient.

Heerlijk plekje op het eiland
Pros:

De ligging is perfect om naar alle kanten vh eiland te rijden, heel centraal.
De kamers zijn schoon en de balkons lekker ruim, dakterras is perfect om lekker in de late middagzon te chillen.

Cons:

2 x zijn ze vergeten de kamer schoon te maken en de handdoeken te verwisselen.
