Clean, modern

Cons:

Kids pool needs updating. Ambiance felt quiet and awkward for high season. Lack of water provided for rooms and generally around the resort given the heat.

Beautiful Hotel - Friendly Staff
Pros:

Adult only roof top pool - The staff were all amazing - For a family holiday the vibe was quiet which was nice change for the usual chaos - Kids club was well considered - very clean

Cons:

My only issue was the location when wanting to go to other areas of the island - taxis between 5-8pm were limited - this isn’t a fault of the hotel

Mooi hotel met prachtige rooftop
Pros:

Mooi hotel met een bijzondere rooftop bar/restaurant en zwembad. Live muziek is prachtig op een fantastische locatie. Geen overdreven 'animatie' met luide muziek,.. vooral heel passend voor de setting en kwalitatief. Mooie uitzichten. Personeel was vriendelijk, niet iedereen even ervaren, maar dat stoorde ons niet. Locatie ligt rustig tov Sant Antoni. Zwembad was rustig, voldoende bedjes. Geen toeristen die meteen hun bedje gingen reserveren met een handdoek.

Cons:

Kamers zijn helemaal prima, de matrassen waren voor ons net iets te hard, maar dat is wellicht persoonlijke voorkeur.

Didn’t feel we got value for what we paid, at $850 per night didn’t get the services

Comfortable beds and very nice adult pool on rooftop

Cons:

Way over priced when we booked but within 2 weeks prices were down to almost half!!! Staff and hotel GM not at all accommodating to upgrade despite the fact we had paid 2x of their advertised rates for exact dates !!! Very slow and no response to requests for iron table, and insect/roach situation.
