Please be aware of the racist employees, pool security , supervisors and staff. My husband and I checked out immediately after being targeted at the pool for having an ice chest with 3 white claws and waters , fruit and energy drinks. My husband set up our chairs at the pool and a red shirt employee staff approached him and requested to see inside cooler, he complied but asks him to not place his hands inside.( I have auto immune disease and can get sick .) Other guests had ice chests wagons and were not approached or checked. We were the only Hispanic couple at the pool. Robbie pool supervisor came and advised us no outside beverages or food are allowed contrary of red shirt Ronan first claimed only 3 drinks per person, which we had . Supervisor Robbie said “ can’t we read the rules are clear and do you even have a room , what’s your room number. “ He basically called us stupid and that we need to leave if we are not allowed to be there with our food and drinks. While everyone else is enjoying themselves. We went to front desk put a complaint with front desk manager and I requested to check out early. The apology was not genuine and I heard sorry 6 times and she wrote on a post it , I have anxiety and after being harassed and followed to our car when we drove up to the main lobby ,
I will never come back here.

Love the location of our room in proximity to the Snake Bites pool. The villa is a perfect size for our family of 3. The villa also has all things needed for potentially longer stays including a full-size kitchen & washer & dryer.

All the amenities! So much to do and the rooms are beautiful! We stayed right in front of the big pool w the movie screen!

From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. The pre-arrival email communication and coordination were seamless, making everything easy before we even arrived. At check-in, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism, and throughout our stay we received exceptional assistance through text messages whenever we needed anything.
A very special thank you to Angelica C., Shannon Zuberbuhler, and Breanna Colins from Guest Services. They were absolutely amazing—friendly, caring, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure every one of our needs was taken care of. Their kindness and dedication made our vacation even more special.
The entire resort is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. Our villa was spotless, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The housekeeping and maintenance teams clearly take great pride in their work.
The Snake Bites Pool is one of our favorite places. It's always clean, has plenty of lounge chairs, and creates such a fun atmosphere for families. We especially loved watching the kids' movies on the giant TV during both the day and the evening. Please keep showing children's movies during the daytime—it adds so much to the family experience! Watching the World Cup games on the big screen was also fantastic and brought everyone together.
Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The level of hospitality throughout the resort is truly outstanding.

Resort like feel without going on a plane

We’d love this part pretty been staying here for many years family tradition. it was great to watch the World Cup on the big screen during the day.

Pretty grounds, well-designed room, good price. "Giuseppe's" - the Italian restaurant on the campus - was excellent and friendly.

The staff is always nice and friendly. Always a good time with friends and family at the pool. I rented a one room villa and it was perfect
