Nice location in a lovely village with great pool activities.
Pros:

Good location, pool activities were great. Lovely view over the water.

Pros:

La situation de l hôtel, les piscines, le petit déjeuner et le buffet du soir. Top. Félicitations à l équipe cuisine et aux personnels de salle d une gentillesse et très serviable. Merci.

Cons:

Chambre qui sentait le renfermée, le ménage de la salle de bain jamais fait en 4 jours ainsi que les sols.
Changement de serviettes inexistant. Vraiment dommage pour l image de l hôtel.

Enjoyed the hotel, facilities and location, good place to chill and relax.
Pros:

Breakfast was plentiful, enough for all needs. Some Gluten free bread would be a good addition. Room was comfy and the Aircon worked very well. Did not do the beach we stayed by the hotel pool. The bar in the Castello Suites was excellent, the barman Antonio was a very good ambassador for the hotel. Reception staff at check in in the Village were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons:

The hotel would benefit more if the bar was open earlier in the day, this is the bar located by the second swimming pool close to the garden and beach area in the Village hotel. We went to the shop to buy water and soft drinks and sometimes a beer as the bar was closed until midday and sometimes later.

Eigentlich nichts.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht sauber. Fernseher funktionierte nicht, obwohl wir reklamiert haben. Das erste Zimmer war sehr schlimm, haben dann ein Anderes bekommen.

duży basen, dobra lokalizacja, super śniadanie - duży wybór, wysokiej jakośći różnorodnw posiłki.

Cons:

niestety personel chciał ode mnie "environment fee" mimo że już ją opłaciłem podczas rezerwacji. finalnie dali nam pokój ale w dniu wymeldowania znów chcieli tą opłatę i znów musiałem tlumaczyc, udowadniać że już taką opłatę zrobiłem. finalnie przeproszono mnie ale nie było miło tłumaczyć się kilka razy.

Great breakfast, comfortable mattresses in the rooms, everything looks very nice.

Cons:

There were a huge number of mosquitoes. At midnight, we had to run out and get some repellents.
We couldn't get a good night's sleep on a comfortable mattress; we were woken up by the buzzing of mosquitoes all three nights and left covered in red bites.
I think the hotel should make at least some effort to disinfect the rooms or install screens on the windows.

Wij waren op doorreis en dus maar 1 nacht, de meesten zijn hier wel hun hele vakantie. Je kunt er goed en uitgebreid ontbijten en dineren , buffetvorm en dat voor een kleine prijs.
Drank is dan wel weer heel duur.
De liggingen van de kamers is heel verschillend, van zeezicht tot weggestopt in een hoek.
Zwembad is fijn, maar de ligbedden zijn snel vol.

Het is een oude maar goed onderhouden locatie.

I really enjoyed my stay with my little daughter. Exceptional service we didnt have any delays. Alexandra who is working at the reception made an introduction of the facilities of the hotels which made our stay more pleasant to get to know the hotel quicker and also participate in activities. Very friendly staff all over the hotel. Everything clean and comfortable, nice food , big menu for breakfast and at night it was live music and delicious cocktails! Lollipop was my favourite! 😁There is also kids club they do face painting and games , there is aquagym in the morning with Chris who is full with positive energy and also next to the hotel is Castelo spa which i also visited for a nice massage that it really helped me relax. Value for money , beautiful views , beautiful memories! Totally suggest it !!!

L'emplacement. Super petit déjeuner. La gentillesse du personnel et plus précisément celle de la dame du snack bar adorable. La terrasse de la chambre avec vue partielle sur la mer.

Cons:

Le non changement des serviettes. Pas de café dans la chambre.
