Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer/ Bad sind einfach zu klein und müssen renoviert werden! Das Frühstück bzw. Auswahl ist unterdurchschnittlich!

Rien.

Cons:

Aucune isolation dans les chambres à entendre le réveil de mes voisins a 6h45 du matin, ou encore quand ils branchaient leur portable pour le recharger.
Les femmes de ménages n’ont aucun mal à toquer pour vous réveiller (avant 9heures du matin).
Aucun confort dans les chambres (matelas en mousse, absence de rideaux)
Personnel vraiment peu aimable et très bruyant

Schöne Anlage und tolle Lage, aber Zimmer mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Umfangreiche Frühstücks-Auswahl. Zwei Pools zur Auswahl, teils mit Wiese und Meerblick. Fußläufig in den Ort mit guten Lokal-Möglichkeiten. Anlage und Zimmer sehr schön und sauber.

Cons:

Wir wurden kurzfristig "upgegraded". Unser Zimmer hatte eine merkwürdige Aufteilung - grundsätzlich sehr groß und auf 2 Etagen aufgeteilt, aber Waschbecken im Raum, generell nicht so modern wie auf den (eigentlich gebuchten) Bildern und mangelhafte Beleuchtung im unteren Stock.

Statt Garden View hatten wir allerdings entfernten Blick aufs Meer von unserem Balkon aus, das hat den Lärm von den täglichen Abendveranstaltungen sowie die doch sehr unbequemen Betten wieder ein wenig wett gemacht.

Devo dire che e andato oltre le mie aspettative.
Hotel bellissimo, camera perfetta.
Il cibo a partire dalla colazione era molto buono...
Un ringraziamento particolare a katerina la manager ...e stata molto gentile e molto accorta nei nostri confronti...
Ma anche tutto lo staff...dalle ragazze della reception hai camerieri ... un grande grazie per aver reso questa nostra vacanza rilassante e di averci coccolato... ci rivedremo sicuramente...

Sissi captured my heart. So pretty and plenty to see and do. Castello Village is very professionally run 🩷
Pros:

We were upgraded on arrival to a room with a spa on the balcony. This was very welcomed in the hot evenings with the sunset behind us. Amazing. Two pools and lots of restaurants near by. Sissi captured my heart ❤️

Cons:

No kitchen area or fridge, but there was a small chiller. If you are self catering there is tea and coffee facilities but that’s all. No cutlery or crockery, or a tea spoon, there is a wooden stirrer disposable. We had breakfast included which was very good and plenty of choice

We spent a wonderful 6 night stay at Castello Village Resort in Sisi, booking two rooms for the same period (rooms 301 and 309). Everything was truly exceptional far exceeding our expectations!

The accommodation was spotless in both rooms, thoroughly cleaned, sanitized daily, and maintained with great attention to detail. Excellent cleanliness standards throughout the entire resort.

What really makes this place stand out is the amazing team:
Ecaterina Booking Manager an extraordinary host, incredibly kind and professional, who took great care of us from day one.
Eva (Restaurant) a wonderful and sweet girl, always attentive and smiling.
Evis "The Boss" the absolute best when it comes to organizing the pool area and restaurant, keeping everything running perfectly.
Top-tier services! I recommend Castello Village Resort with full confidence to everyone!

Hôtel bien situé vue mer
Pros:

Petit déjeuner avec choix
Surclassé une nuit dans une suite avec jacuzz avec vue sur mer
Animation le soir
Supérette juste en face
Restaurants et boutiques souvenirs juste à côté de l hôtel

Cons:

Manque de place, et tables non débarrassées pour le petit déjeuner si l on arrive vers 9h00.
Parking payant alors qu il y en a un juste à côté gratuit

UNA BELLA SCOPERTA!
Pros:

Struttura accogliente, personale molto disponibile e gentile soprattutto Elvis sempre in movimento al servizio ristorante e Katerina assistant manager che si è interessata e si è resa disponibile alle nostre richieste e l'ultima notte ci ha regalato un upgrade in una suite con jacuzzi.. cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Le due camere in cui abbiamo soggiornato avevano una bellissima vista mare e il cibo è sempre stato buono e fresco.

Cons:

L'hotel è strutturato sia per giovani che per bambini, un po'meno per gli adulti.. questa è stata la nostra impressione. Nel nostro soggiorno alcuni schiamazzi e rumori notturni hanno disturbato il nostro sonno. E le donne delle pulizie alcune volte non hanno ripristinato la camera nel migliore dei modi.
Alcuni bambini alle piscine giocando e urlando non permettevano il relax di cui avevamo bisogno.. ma questa non è una colpa da imputare al Resort ma alla poca educazione dei genitori e che non facevano nulla per migliorare la situazione.

Très déçue
Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur mer. Il nous a été attribué une chambre avec vue sur les toilettes du bar et du passages devant la terrasse. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et on nous a d’abord proposé une chambre avec vue sur piscine (qui est d’ailleurs très bruyante du matin au soir) et lorsque nous avons refusé cette chambre il nous a été attribué la chambre que nous avions payée. Nous avons ensuite attendu 1h30 à l’accueil après avoir rendu notre chambre avant de pouvoir nous installer.

Attention il n’y a pas de rideau occultants sur toute la longueur des baies vitrées (uniquement les chambres ou il y a du passage)
