Le buffet repas était excellent et le directrice d'agence à essayer de nous trouver une compensation pour le préjudice causé bien qu'elle n'ait pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.
On nous a fait payer une taxe de séjour de 40€ alors que sur les détails de paiement booking, il était stipulé que la taxe de séjour était incluse dans le paiement.
La chambre prise en photo sur le site ne nous a pas été attribué car elle avait été donné à une personne. C'était des démarches trop stressante pour un anniversaire de mariage.
Sur la description il est stipulé que les enfants sont acceptés mais pour le spa et un des restaurants de l'hôtel, il n'a pas été possible d'être avec notre fils de 16 mois donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter ni du spa, ni d'un des restaurants. Il y a une garde d'enfant payante mais notre fils aurait été angoissé si on l'avait laissé en garderie dans un endroit non familier. C'est dommage que ce genre de détails importants n'étaient pas stipulés dans l'annonce car nous avons choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il accetait les enfants

Très bel hôtel dans une petite ville côtière calme. Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse, aux petits soins .
Le petit déjeuner offre une large gamme de produits,il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours e les serviettes changées tous les jours également.
Pas de point négatif pour nous

Dommage qu'il y ait une musique forte et non reposante toute la journée venant de la buvette de la piscine, de plus cette musique forte continue jusqu'à après minuit.......
C'est très dommage pour ceux qui veulent un peu de reposer pendant leurs vacances !!!!!!

Mattress very basic my/ hard - could have been more comfortable
le personnel! Ils sont tous d'une extrême gentillesse, font tout leur possible pour aider en cas de soucis (transport pour ma part), ils sont tous souriants et bienveillants. Grand merci à eux, specialement à Harry pour les locations de voiture ainsi qu'à Maria pour son très bon niveau de français et son très joli sourire sans oublier le barmaid et le personnel du restaurant!

The room was dirty and very minimalistic - I asked specifically for double bed there was only available with beds. WiFi not working, coffe barely drinkable, biliard not working, gym or swimming must be reserved in advance !
Do not recommend - the whole facility looks like is barely working … pitty because place have potential

Il a fallu exiger que l on pose des doubles rideaux. Cela a ete fait apres avoir raler pendant 15 mn
We stayed here for a week in October 25.
It's a large place with tiered accomodation winding down to the seafront path.
Our room was right next to the pool with a single-glazed french window which - in summer and busy - would have been noisy into the small hours. As it was October, there wasn't anyone at the bar past 11!
The people in the rooms either side smoked heavily which made our small balcony/terrace quite foggy. Yuk.
A lot of other rooms had double-glazing so I expect it's a gradual process.
There are some areas where it's a bit tatty and a few paving stones are dislodged.
The pools are well-kept and the dining room clean & tidy.
We only did B&B, but other guests had differing boards (why, though when there's loads of nice places within 5 mins walk?)

This has been our 4th visit to this hotel. Simply because we love it ! This hotel offers you everything you need for a fabulous holiday. All the staff are fantastic !!! So warm, welcoming .anything they can do to make your holiday special they will do . Plenty of verity in the restaurant catering for everyone , hot or cold ! I absolutely rave about the rosted vegetables plus tomatoes in the morning .would like them more often please 🙏 😊.
They seem to be improving the hotel bit by bit with new sunbeds, table's and chairs in the dinning area.
If I had one negative thing it would be the public toilets .they really do need a revamp. Apart from that I'm very happy with everything else. Thanks again for yet another wonderful holiday 😀 I'm pretty sure we will be back.
Just got back from a 7 night stay in castello village resort and what a lovely place to stay in.
The whole experience was a delight from start to finish, we arrived in the early hours and was greeted by Ava who booked us in and swiftly took us to our apartment and was surprised to see that some food was left for us in the fridge with us being a late arrival this I found to be a good idea.
The apartment was very nice and clean and towels changed every day and the bed linen changed every second day was grateful for the air conditioning as the week we stayed was rather hot in October.
The food in the restaurant was delicious and every day the main man Ervis was there to greet you with his charm an absolute asset
The only down side to the stay was we noticed that the walkways were starting to break up in places and also the main pool area the tiles were starting to break away but I assume this will be rectified in the closed season
We will be back again soon in this delightful little corner of crete
