Noisy +++
The room I was allocated faced Parramatta Rd. The traffic noise was quite constant , however could close the balcony window & bathroom door which minimised the noise
However , the sexual antics coming out of the room next door was not able to be silenced. John did a wonderful job multiple times. Not what you want when trying to sleep to go to work the next day .
Staff friendly and helpful and rooms a good size.. A small balcony(probably for smokers) allows for a fresh air option preferable for those who hate constant air conditioning.
While blackout curtains do their job of cutting the external lighting, for people like me who turn their phones off you have no idea what time it is when you wake up because the external lighting is actually internal. The rooms encircled a roofed courtyard with dining facilities, fishpond and several lounges; so one morning I woke up at 4am and another at 9am.

The place was an absolute disaster. I was just looking for a place to stay for two nights since there was an issue with my apartment and I had to find something last minute.
First they could not find my reservation meaning I had to sit in a really stuffy lobby with a giant cockroach running around my legs.
After the reservation was finally dealt with it was time to get disappointed by the room. I was on the first floor and there the apartments have big glass windows for the entire front from floor to ceiling, but the curtains dont fully cover them so you can just kinda look into the apartment from the outside where people walk by.
Then everything about that room was horribly dirty. the shower was moldy, the toilet seat was still up as if someone had just taken a leek, there were shoe prints all over the floor and in the fridge was still all kinds of leftovers from the last tenants like milk packets and a half finished bubble tea. and it smelled horribly musky.
the bed was hard as a rock and i was really cold all night given the tiny blankets provided.
I checked out in the morning and decided id rather lose the money on the second night than stay another minute at this place.
When checking out the receptionist barely spoke any English and it was hard to even get across that the room was dirty.
Truly an awful experience.
This motel is absolutely fantastic, clean, great staff and lovely area to make/eat breakfast and lovely
comfortable beds. Getting to the city or other suburbs was easy with the public transport - obtain an opal card and enjoy exploring. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We arrived here after booking another establishment which we had to leave because it was very disgusting, so we were unsure of how this place would be. We were very pleased and extended our stay. We recommend this motel and we will definitely stay here when we return to Sydney.
