I was given the wrong room twice. I booked a king suite with kitchenette. First, I was given a room, not a suite, with no kitchenette. I complained right away and they told me the suite I booked was being renovated and gave me again a room, but with kitchenette and a tiny fridge, but still charged me my initial price for a king suite. Two nights later, I complained again because I really needed a suite with a separate bedroom for my son. I had to explain myself a few times to different employees and I was not able to see the manager because the manager was busy with meetings. I went to front desk a few times. Finally, that afternoon, I received a call and was told we can move to suite I originally booked that night. I was never compensated for the two nights we spent in a room, instead of the suite.

El desayuno ofrecido es el peor que he visto nunca con diferencia, toso ultra procesado excepto unas manzanas. No me gustó que todos los utensilios fueran desechables, habría que cuidar la sostenibilidad.

I booked a Deluxe Room with two queen beds one week before my trip. As soon as I made the reservation through Booking.com, I called the hotel to let them know that I would be traveling with my dog.
When I arrived, I mentioned this to the front desk employee, and the first thing he asked me was, “Do you know who you spoke with?” I said I didn’t remember the person’s name. He replied, “Okay, no problem. They didn’t make a note of it here.”
When we got to the room, there were crumbs on the floor and a used cup next to the bed. Luckily, I was able to stop my dog from eating whatever was on the floor. I reported it to the front desk and spoke with the manager, who apologized and told me that the pet fee would be removed from my bill.
A couple of hours later, I went to take a shower and discovered that both the shampoo and body wash dispensers attached to the shower wall were completely empty. I had to get out of the shower and go back to the front desk to complain again. I was told that the manager was sleeping when they called her, so the front desk employee said he would bring the products to my room.
The next morning, I saw the manager at the front desk. She asked for my contact information and said she would reach out to see how they could make things right after all the issues we had experienced. However, I never received an email or a phone call.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay here again, especially considering how many other options are available. The level of cleanliness, attention to detail, and customer service simply does not justify the price they charge.

Room, bed sheets and towels were all subpar in terms of cleanliness.

The breakfast had a very limited selection.

A slightly old-fashioned hotel, with a carpet outside the rooms that seemed to have absorbed the entire history of all its visitors. It would be great to have better cleaning.
