Cleanliness
4
Multiple reviews report very poor cleanliness: dirty rooms, dusty corridors and restaurant, poorly washed bedding/towels, leftover trash and ash in rooms, and discolored/bad-smelling bathroom water.
Service
9.5
Staff repeatedly praised: friendly and helpful reception and manager (Abdul/Abdo), kind cleaner and coffee/reception staff; one report of staff asking for tips but overall service described as attentive and polite.
Location
9.5
Location is repeatedly praised (close to the sea, 'excellent' location) and cited as a key reason guests chose the hotel.
Room Quality
4.5
Rooms described as old, in poor condition (broken items, TVs not working), with strong signs of wear and inadequate maintenance.
Amenities
5
Problems reported with basic amenities: AC or water pressure issues, TVs not working, and no bar/service at pool/lounge in some comments — amenities are limited and need improvement.
Value for Money
9.6
Several guests mention acceptable price/price-quality balance and return intentions; for budget travelers the location and rates are seen as good value despite other shortcomings.
Food and Beverage
4.5
Breakfast quality criticized (poor taste cheese, dirty cups), and guests suggest improving breakfast offerings and hygiene of food areas.
Overall Experience
7
Mixed overall impressions: many negatives around cleanliness and maintenance but strong positives for staff and location, leading to a mediocre-to-fair overall experience for most guests.

Bon séjour pour nous
Pros:

Pros:

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel! The General Manager, Mr. Abdou Souleman, is a truly kind, welcoming, and wonderful person. It is a beautiful, quiet, and cozy hotel! The breakfasts are delicious, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are nice and cozy, with regular cleaning and fresh bed linen. There is an excellent, clean pool that you can use at any time! I am so glad that Hurghada has such a wonderful place for a fantastic getaway!
