Pros:

Le lit confortable.

Cons:

La chambre ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avons réservée "chambre de luxe vieux port vue mer" on se demandait où était la mer, à part la vue sur une tour...
Pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre en cette forte chaleur, à part une gourde consignée qu'il faut aller remplir à la machine à l'étage inférieure.
Pour un 4 étoiles, ça laisse à désirer.

L’emplacement bien

Cons:

Je me sens trompée sur la prestation. La chambre présentée comme une suite ressemblait davantage à une petite chambre standard qu’à une véritable suite, et la surface annoncée de 17 m² me paraît discutable au vu de la configuration réelle. Il faisait aussi très chaud dans la chambre, sans possibilité de régler correctement la température. De plus, un radiateur non fonctionnel était placé au milieu du passage, ce qui n’était ni pratique ni sécurisant avec un enfant, ma fille s’y étant cogné la tête plusieurs fois. Enfin, malgré des consignes claires données à la réception, nous avons été dérangés pendant la sieste de mon enfant pour une raison non urgente, ce qui a été très désagréable et peu professionnel.

L’emplacement était parfait, les informations avant notre arrivée étaient claires avec des propositions de parking, bonne literie et bon petit déjeuner diversifié

Cons:

Le chambre donnaient sur une cours intérieure avec les ventilations des restaurants. On ne pouvait donc pas l’ouvrir. Il a fait très chaud dans la chambre, la gestion de la température est tout de même possible en directe

Lage und Eingangsbereich waren Zentral und gemütlich. Ausblick von Zimmer schön.

Cons:

Zu wenig Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen, keine Haken. Sehr wenig Licht, Kleiderschrank zu dunkel. Keine Erklärung zu Stadtplan da nur digital. Keine Info zu Trinkwasserstation.
