La situation géographique

Cons:

L’accueil plus qu’impersonnel. Pas un sourire, on ne lève pas la tête pour parler aux clients en les regardant. Il b y avait personne d autres donc pas d urgence. J attends d un hôtel 4 étoiles plus que 45 secondes pour récupérer ma clef.
De plus, j ai du me lever toutes les 2 heures la nuit pour rallumer la climatisation. Nous étions au 4 étage, le week-end de la fin de la canicule. Il faisait encore très chaud et sans Clim, la température montait très vite dans la chambre. J ai choisi cet hôtel pour cet équipement. Le lendemain matin, j ai indiqué à la jeune fille de l accueil le problème. Je pense que je l’ai ennuyé. Elle devait me tenir au courant après avoir vérifié les réglages , qui ne m avaient d ailleurs pas été expliqué dans les 45 secondes d accueil de départ. Aucune nouvelle. La seconde nuit, j ai donc mis la climatisation au stricte minimum pour ne pas qu elle se coupe et nous avons donc mal dormi. Aucune réaction le demain quand elle a fait notre Check out ni aucune question.
Je dors à l hotel pour raison professionnelle toute l année. Grâce à vous, je sais pourquoi je vais dans des 2 ou 3 étoiles maximum.
Derniere chose, il y à tellement d objets et de meubles dans la chambre qu on ne peut pas circuler ou tourner. Les poteaux du lit gênent beaucoup et ne servent à rien. La « décoration » a ses limites.

Bra hotell med perfekt läge
Pros:

Suveränt läge mitt i hamnen. Trevlig tjej checkade in oss och vi fick våra önskemål om stil på rummet tillgodosedda! Vi blev positivt överraskade av det!
Bra frukost och trevligt frukostrum!
Vi trivdes väldigt bra på hotellet!

Cons:

Besvärligt med parkeringar bl a för att det närmaste var avstängt länge pga festivaler.
Därmed var det långt att gå med bagaget.
Inga avställningsytor varken i rummet eller badrummet. Fick använda hyllorna i garderoben.
Lite tyst stämning i hotellet eftersom det inte finns någon bar eller allmänytor där folk samlades.
Personalen, förutom tjejen som checkade in oss, var opersonliga. De gav ingen hälsning eller ögonkontakt när man möttes men var vänliga om man tilltalade dem.

Pros:

Bel emplacement inaccessible par voiture! Par ces fortes chaleurs la climatisation fut trés appréciée. On notera enfin un excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Nous avons du atteindre l'hotel à pied depuis un parking relativement éloigné ( 1 km) trainant nos bagages sous un soleil de plomb au plus fort de la canicule, le parking proche étant rendu indisponible en raison d'un festival. L'hôtel prétend nous avoir signalé la situation par messages, je n'ai trouvé aucune trace de ces avertissements tant sur mon PC que sur mon téléphone portable. La chambre était fort exigue et la salle d'eau équipée d'une baignoire, nous espérions une douche.

Great location but room was disappointing as were the staff
Pros:

The location is excellent and close to all the main restaurants and the port. Public areas are very stylish in their design.

Cons:

Very poor guest engagement from Reception staff especially at check in, room was very small with no fridge and not enough wardrobe space or hangers and when we asked for more they said they did not have any??

un petit sejour, mais on a une bonne impression de La Rochelle et Les Maisons du Monde
Pros:

L'equippe de Maisons du Monde etait tres accueillant. Lea nous a envoye plusieurs messages pendant la journee pour rassurer que nous serions heureux avec les chambres.
Nous aimions revenir un jour pour un sejour plus long.

La chambre est très confortable et bien décorée, la signature olfactive de l'hôtel est super, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très complet

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus de petites attentions dans la salle d'eau par exemple.
