Great hotel in fantastic quiet but central location.
Pros:

Fantastic secluded location but only minutes walk to the action. Staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were spacious. Pool area was also great.

Cons:

Bathroom could be a challenge if sharing or not a couple.

Magnificent Mecure
Pros:

I have been here for my birthday this year and last year. My boyfriend got the room decorated for my birthday and the staff were very helpful and made it beautiful. All other staff are very pleasant. The cocktails are amazing and the food is very good especially having a chocolate fountain for breakfast!

Another great stay
Pros:

Another fantastic stay, this was our third visit to the hotel and I can't see us staying anywhere else in benidorm. It's nice to be away from the madness of levante and feels much more peaceful and relaxed. We booked a deluxe double room which we always enjoy but were upgraded to a very similar room but with a large terrace. The room was also bigger than usual this was a nice surprise, being on the first floor was handy as we didn't need to wait for the lifts and could simply walk up and down the single flight of stairs. Really enjoyed breakfast (if you want a full English this isn't for you) but nice fresh omlettes and the cava is a nice touch. The hotel grounds around the pool are stunning and it feels like a green oasis in the concrete jungle. The Toiletries in the room (nuxe) are great. My only criticisms would be the pool had a slight film of suncream on the whole time we were there and it a relatively expensive hotel I'd expect a little better and the air con for us isn't cold enough even though you can put it to 16c I noticed the room temperature didn't go below 23c which is too hot for us with the thick and very nice bedding. I really should have mentioned it as I'm sure it is a soft limit that can be overruled and would next time. Staff bought two little bottles of cava for my birthday and a nice hand written note (used my middle name but it's the thought that counts). Rooms are very very quiet and we hears no sound at all. We will be back!!

Amazing break
Pros:

Amazing hotel, staff and facilities, nothing too much trouble and although ive done many stag dos in benidorm i never really got to see the real side of benidorm, this hotel allowed us to do that, lovelly couples break with a dip into the lively side and the rest and luxury we deserve (50th birthday treat for the wife)

Perfect Hotel in Benidorm
Pros:

Perfect quiet location, not far from the beach and city center, very good breakfast and restaurant, very good equipped rooms with comfortable beds. Balcony is big enough.

Toilet is not possible to close(w/o lock) and noisy (w/o sealing), hotel is not for families

Great hotel
Pros:

Hotel lovely rooms are modern couldn’t fault them grounds are also spotless. Only problem is I was there for 2 days with my sister and we did not manage to get a sunbed the whole time had to sunbathe on an uncomfortable chair only downfall.

Hotel Mercure
Pros:

Am avut un sejur minunat la Mercure Benidorm și îl recomand cu toată încrederea. Hotelul este modern, foarte curat și amenajat cu mult bun gust, iar grădina cu piscina creează o atmosferă relaxantă, ca o adevărată oază de liniște. Este situat aproape de plaja Poniente și la o plimbare plăcută de centrul vechi, ceea ce îl face ideal atât pentru relaxare, cât și pentru explorarea orașului.
Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și profesionist, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze și dornic să ajute. Micul dejun a fost excelent, variat și cu produse de foarte bună calitate. Camera a fost spațioasă, impecabil de curată și foarte confortabilă.
Ne-am simțit excelent pe toată durata sejurului, mulțumim întregii echipe pentru ospitalitate!

Personnel de qualité ! Espaces propres ! Confortable ! La formule pour passer un séjour reposant !

Le personnel ! Vraiment hyper aimable et serviable, toujours très gentil et voulant bien faire ! La PROPRETÉ des chambres ! J’ai absolument aimé l’espace et le standing offert par cet hôtel Mercure. Très bons goût pour la déco intérieure. Le lit gigantesque que nous avons eu nous a fait sentir comme à la maison mais en vacance ! La pizza marguerita une des meilleures que j’ai mangé !

Cons:

Si vraiment je devais trouver qqch à redire ce serait que la musique en boucle de très tôt le matin à presque 23h- minuit peut être lourd et étant un couple musulman qui prie, c’était par moment pénible (notre chambre étant proche du rdc et fenêtre donnant sur la piscine pouvant accentuer le fait que nous entendions la musique à toutes heures).

Great potential, poor experience
Pros:

Location is central, but quiet. Unfortunally next to construction site.
Atmosphere is relaxing and quiet, but they play too loud music non-stop at the pool. There are speakers literarily everywhere outside so there is no sun beds that is in a quiet area.
Rooms are ok, big balcony, but only 2 chairs on the balcony so it cannot really be used for much.
Value is good if you dont include food.

Breakfast is good and should fit everyone. Delicious omelette and orange juice.

The buffet dinner is a joke. Tasteless food that a 3-year old could cook better.It seems like the food has been sitting for hours because it is dry on the outside and also cold.

The pool area is beautiful and the service is great. But one of our days here they arranged a wedding. Meaning they had to remove a lot of sun beds. This is very strange because there is not enough sun beds for everyone. Also they have 10-15 Cali Beds that nobody is using because the fee is 100 Euro. This is ridiculous. Dont even need to explain why.

Overall the hotel has great potential, but poor choises. Maybe they need new leadership.
