Struttura di recente ristrutturazione, arredamento ricercato e elegante. Colazione e cena a buffet abbondate e sempre varia. Cibo ottimo. Pulizia accurata della camera ogni giorno. Pulizia dell hotel ottima. Piscina e servizio bar eccellente !

Primero, me parece un robo lo que hay que pagar por tu mascota cuando ni siquiera hacen ningún gasto y sólo te ponen condiciones para poder disfrutar de su compañía. Algo que también nos pareció horrible es que el hotel está totalmente enfocado por y para los guiris, y nos pareció muy injusto ya que el turismo nacional también tenemos derecho a poder disfrutar del hotel ya que pagamos exactamente igual o quizás más que ellos.
La comida, malísima. Poca variedad, repetitiva y todo sabía igual, a nada. Daba igual lo que cogieras que todo sabía igual. La zona de cocina, plancha sólo te podías acercar en los desayunos, en la cena sólo con la presentación daba todo para atrás.
En diez días nos alimentamos a base de ensaladas y lo más básico.
Limpieza del restaurante pésima. Fue muy curioso pero nunca vimos a un Metre o alguien superior controlando la zona del restaurante para ver cómo iba todo.
Algo mejor si controlaran más a sus trabajadores y como desempeñan su trabajo.
Los precios de las bebidas como el vino carísimos, creo que ya pagamos suficiente
cómo para que nos pongan esos precios tan elevados por vinos que conocemos perfectamente. En el bar sólo pedimos una consumición y no nos quedamos ni un sólo día más. Con el precio de un combinado en el hotel te tomabas dos fuera.
Lógicamente eso sumado a que ningún día había ni una sola actuación o entretenimiento, siempre estaba vacío. Muy aburrido¡¡¡
Otra cosa que no nos gustó nada, fue que no nos dejarian elegir comida o cena,ya que sólo daban cenas y eso no lo especificaba en ningún sitio.
La piscina preciosa y tranquila si no hubiese sido porque solamente era para los extranjeros que se apoderaban de ella haciendo cola para entrar desde las 8 de la mañana y se pegaban todo el día en ella bebiendo, comiendo y durmiendo sus borracheras. Esto conllevaba a qué antes de llegar la tarde daban ganas de vomitar para meterse al agua. Era una balsa de aceite y no cumplía las normas de revise y vaciado correspondiente.

Great location - you wouldn’t know that you were in the middle of a busy area once inside the hotel especially the oool area - a little oasis!

We visited here for a weekend away. It was a lovely hotel, great location, great staff. Very friendly people, all different types of groups and families with young children. Breakfast was ok, food was not very hot but a good mixture of it. Rooms were very modern, clean and well maintained. The only complaint I have for the hotel is the sun beds around the swimming pool. There’s not enough of them for the size of the hotel. A lot of shaded places only a handful are in the sun and have to wait around to be able to get onto a sunbed. Would recommend it and would visit again.
Warm welcome to the hotel but had to wait over an hour for our rooms to be ready. Check in at 3pm , we finally got our room at 4.25pm. Room lovely, modern and exceptionally clean. View nice looking onto pool and garden area which is also kept immaculate, garden very well maintained and green. Very disappointed by people smoking around the pool area, passive smoke all day long , hotel should review the smoking policy and have designated smoking areas. As a none smoker won’t be returning to this hotel. Shame really the hotel is a little gem otherwise in every way. Food and drinks lovely. Staff very friendly and professional.

We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the warm, welcoming and attentive staff and the
varied and delicious food of a consistently high standard served in pleasant surroundings.
Loved the design of the bedroom, the comfortable bed also the plentiful “task” lighting was much appreciated as was the portable hair dryer !
Palms and the many trees and shrubs made the outside areas very special providing welcome opportunities for rest and relaxation, activity or just enjoying the atmosphere at the pool bar and all its lovely staff had to offer .
