ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to deal with this female
Pros:

NOTHING went well. I arrived at the hotel around 5.00pm on Friday. AN EXTREMELY RUDE and aggressive lady came out from the back somewhere and promptly cancelled my booking.
This female had NO RERASON whatever to be sooo rude and cheat me out of my accommodation for the weekend.
DO NOT GO HERE! EVER.

The lady in charge of check in was a total B**** . I dont know what her problems are (obviously many) _ but she has no reason to take it out on her guests.
DO NOT GO HERE.
I have many properties listed on Booking.com in Ireland and UK. I can not believe that someone in the hospitality business could be so rude, arrogant and a downright thief. (she took my money and refused me check-in and refused to refund my money)

Excelente y súper tranquilo. Es un hotel para descansar, pues te piden amablemente que no hagas ruido porque los demás duermen. Tienen atención 24 horas, tocas suavemente a la puerta y aparecen al momento (yo lo hago con una llave que casi no se escucha y ellos sí que lo oyen). Súper amables. Te cuidan mucho. Súper agradecido. Y sobre todo se preocupan por tu descanso. Es el hotel perfecto para descansar y en pleno centro de ocio, sin ruidos, limpio y amables. Es uno de mis favoritos. Gracias!!!

Nicht zuletzt auch wegen der Gastgeber eine Wohlfühloase in einer ansonsten eher „lauten“ und „lebendigen“ Stadt.
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr herzlich aufgenommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen zentralen Lage in einer ansonsten sehr lebendigen und eher nicht so bekannten Stadt, die man aber einmal gesehen haben sollte.

Cons:

Ich hatte nichts auszusetzen.
