Pros:

Mooie kamer met een zeezicht( in de verte). Twee mooie buitenzwembaden. Super en heel uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
Vlak bij het strand mogelijkheid om met bus of stadsfietsen op pad te gaan.

The staff attention, the facilities, the swimming pool, location,…

Cons:

Nothing, related to the property, but the booking.com integration with it is a bit poor. Once you book, the hotel will send you a payment link which is legit, but there is no way of knowing if it’s legit or not considering that it’s been occassions where booking.com has been compromised and scammers have been able to send messages to customers within the booking messaging system on behalf of the bookes hotel requiring immediate payment. Piece of advise for the hotel, don’t send payment links through the platform and use booking.com payment methods

Pros:

Arrivée tardive /restaurant fermé /mais un buffet froid nous attendait !
Mon mari,sur demande ,a obtenu du pain sans sel pour son régime
Vraiment un service à la carte !
Eau filtrée à disposition ,donc pas besoin de se charger de bouteilles
Tout le personnel sans exception est souriant
Buffet délicieux ou rien ne manque ,tant salé que sucré
Calme dans les chambres bien insonorisées
L.immense plage à proximité
Des services de bus pour se rendre aux alentours et visiter

Best hotel we've been in
Pros:

RH Silene is by far the best hotel we've ever stayed at, taking hospitality to a whole different level.
The room was very clean, beautiful and spacious, especially the beds. We also appreciated the AC position, as it cools the room without the air directly reaching the bed and making it uncomfortable, as most other hotel rooms are set-up.
There is fresh, filtered complementary water on every floor, which is a great plus for a very warm destination.

The restaurant is amazing, with delicious food, and it's certainly our favorite hotel restaurant, I would eat there everyday for the rest of my life :).

The staff was absolutely amazing, very accommodating, people oriented and kind. We want to give special thanks to all of the restaurant staff for being so incredibly hospitable and making sure we have everything we need.

This was our first vacation with our baby (6 months old), and we will be back next year.

Cons:

It's a very small thing and it completely fades in comparison with how amazing everything else was, but the bed mattresses were a bit too soft compared to what we are used to, and there was also a bit of a bad smell coming from outside in the morning, but this was only the case for the rooms with parking view. Our parents had a sea-view room and there was absolutely no smell, so I recommend choosing the sea view rooms if possible.
Anyway, whatever you choose, you won't feel that bothered by the smell or the bed, because everything else is perfect.

Pros:

Muy comodo, las piscinas y zonas exteriores están muy bien. La atención del personal de 10. Y el desayuno super completo, seguramente volveremos :-)

Cons:

Las vistas de la habitación, si volvemos otra vez con otras vistas que no sea el parking. Y el baño, prefimos que sea con una puerta convencional.
