The sea view
My room wasn't even the width of my arm span, the room environment was incredibly claustrophobic and seemed over priced for the condition & location. Additionally, the room was either uncomfortably warm, with the window being closed, or very loud with the window being open, so I did not get much sleep or rest during my stay. Lastly, both of my sink taps in my room ran hot water which smelt of sewage.
Good location well maintained and clean
A little bit tired in parts
It was located near our friends house
Scruffy, front doors didn't work, had to enter through bar. Scuffed paintwork, uneven flooring, tired decor. Noisy bar, baby seagulls with parent squawking outside room, feathers and bird poo. The bathroom was tired, although the shower worked reasonably well, but was over what looked like a painted sink drainer, weird.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful
The lack of a fridge and air conditioning in the room is a major issue, especially on hot days. As for breakfast, I also found the quality to be very poor—it was the same thing every day, with no fruit. I wouldn't recommend opting for breakfast.
The night receptionist so kind, lovely and helpful. I would return anytime

Good scenery
10£ parking should be part of the deal, considering is no allocated space aswell
It’s a relaxed atmosphere. There is a pool and food onsite. Close to the places we wished to visit.
Some of the staff were less than helpful whilst others were happy to go the extra mile.
Location.
Everything was dirty, worn out bedroom and bathroom, unfriendly staff, overpriced and won’t ever stay again.
The pool was fantastic and rooms were brilliant
The pool, and the rooms, they were lovely and well presented,
Nice friendly staff, bar and bistro were great.
Everything has improved since we last visited approximately 4 years ago.
Hotel didn't receive our early check in request or gluten free breakfast request.
False fire alarm at 7.15am they said was a shower fault but we smelled cigarette smoke.
