Tv didn’t work- said double speed internet couldn’t even get internet through wi-Fi or data, very busy wedding present loud & trouble at night outside someone tried my door never again.😡😳😡
Nothing really
Nothing really, the room was small, small bathroom, no bath which I would expect if I am paying over £100 a night, it was dirty and smelt of pee. PLUS you pay £10 a night for parking which is a joke. You pay upfront and if there are no spaces when you get back it's tough but no refund.
The meal in the Bistro, no it's a glorified cafe, wasn't great the steak was tough and dry and processed peas, I've had better in Wetherspoons for a fraction of the cost.
I would have rated it zero if It was an option, very disappointed.
The place is tired and needs a face-lift dirty worn carpets and just not welcoming
Location and price
The hotel lacks maintenance. The bed is not very comfortable you can feel the springs. You can also hear neighbours snoring and you can hear a lot of cracks when people go up and down the stairs

The rooms were incredibly basic which was a contrast to the rest of the hotel which was quite nice. The staff were very pleasant.

Beds comfy
It is in need of some tlc. Lots of marks on walls, uneven floors, lots of radiator covers broken in corridors. Communal areas especially stairs and hallways needed a good hoover. Be aware dogs are allowed.
The hotel was very pleasent. I think repairs and general maintained were being carried out at the time we were there. But the hotel was pleasent staff were very freindly.
The breakfast was great they even provided a sausage for our dog at breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable.
And the indoor pool was a bonus!

Dirty windows, mold in bathroom, dirty carpets and walls. No lighting in the hall way
Can't fault the place or people , absolutely lovely place to stay friendly, helpfull, clean , even had our meals at the hotel most evenings , very good food and good value for money , we will be coming back, this is at least our 3rd stay .so very happy with pentire hotel
There was nothing to not like
The facility were fine
The hotel was very tired , went to our room which needed a complete re decoration, there was a handy man painting in the hallway , work tools all over the floor and when we got back on the night the carpet hadn’t been cleaned up from the mess. The 2 receptionist that checked us in weren’t very friendly, parking was a joke , had to pay to park which was fine but if you went out may not be able to park back again in car park , who goes away and doesn’t go out in there car!! It was cheap , now I know why.
