Lovely hotel
Pros:

Beautiful sea view, clean well looked after room, delicious breakfasts and wonderful staff.

Cons:

Its a little far from the main part of Newquay, but easy to accsess via car, public transport or lovely scenic walks

Very good tourist hotel. Good value for money.
Pros:

Well appointed room with clean new furnishings.

Cons:

The sea view was great but the view of the dirty flat roof in front of our first floor room wasn’t so good.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a friendly atmosphere. Problems were dealt with promptly. The swimming pool was lovely. The location was good, near the high st. The bistro food was delicious.

Cons:

The breakfast was abit mean (cooked breakfast). The water was excessively hot so you had to be careful. There was a warning notice. The bedroom door was so so fierce (fire door) I could barely open/close it though I understand it's a fire door so it was necessary.

I asked for a room with a bath because I couldn’t shower due to an injury and was told I couldn’t have one

The fact you rates they charge, then charge extra for parking. That should come in room price. Understand charging for people who come just for food. But to put extra on to price of room is wrong

Friendly staff, comfortable room. Good location for visiting Newquay.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. More signage in the hotel eg to the lifts and the swimming pool.

Guter Service, tolles Schwimmbad. Ales da, was man nach einer langen Wanderung braucht. Ruhiges Hotel. Der Charme des schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Hotels.

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer, sehr kleines Badezimmer. Fenster hat geklemmt, konnte kaum geöffnet werden.
