Hidden away gem for those who like a quiet spot!
Pros:

Lovely quaint Inn with a hidden away position for those who like a quiet spot.
Staff were lovely and the room was lovely with an attractive seating area just outside the front of the room with an abundance of wild birds paying us a visit.
Food in the restaurant was lovely although a little on the expensive side.
All in all a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

Drain smell coming from nearby river. Made sitting outside very unpleasant.

Quite enjoyable but wouldn't stay again didn't feel we had value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was good plenty of choice good produce. Comfortable bed but room was accessed by number of awkward stairs. Staff friendly. Room overpriced.

Tolles Hotel!! Sehr idyllisch gelegen. Very britisch! Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Essen.
Das Klimaproblem konnte durch den Ventilator etwas gemildert werden und der Chef hat das Problem am nächsten Tag zuvorkommend geregelt

Cons:

Unser Zimmer unterm Dach war zu klein für ein Doppelzimmer, das war eher ein Einzelzimmer. Wir wussten nicht, dass das Dachfenster geöffnet werden konnte, auch der Nachtportier wusste das leider nicht. Es gab keine Klimaanlage.

Great Inn to stay near Halifax
Pros:

Charming inn with real character with lovely staff to match. Best place I have stayed near Halifax after many work visits. Rooms very comfortable and really nice touches to make the experience enjoyable. Breakfast was very good.
