The staff are so polite, friendly and attentive! The room was clean and nicely decorated. The pub itself is amazing with an impressive collection of wine.
It's a bit out of town but a taxi sorted the 7ssue. Although breakfast was nice my eggs Royale was too salty because of the hollandaise sauce.

A bit remote . The road we used to get there took us down a very steep cobbled road . The road out was better .

We didn't sleep particularly well; we think because the pillows weren't right for us, personal preference, I guess.
The Inn is in a beautiful location. The garden are stunning. Rooms are well equipped and beds were comfortable

Only 1 tiny, tiny niggle, there was only 1 sachet of milk with the tea/coffee making facilities in the room
Hotel had lots of warmth and character. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful, from the people at Reception through to the waitress at breakfast. All went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We asked for a taxi at Reception and within 10 minutes we were in the taxi - so prompt response from Reception was great! Lovely home-baked cookies on arrival in the room and relaxing music playing on the radio as we entered the room. Breakfast was great and catered for vegan and gluten free preferences - very tasty! Felt peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and truly felt like we were on holiday.
There are only two minor issues I can think of - and I am being picky with these. Firstly - there is a very straight forward approach to the Mill from one direction or a very steep approach on a cobbled road from the other direction. It would be good to have an alternative postcode or description of how to avoid that steep road on the approach to the Mill when booking is confirmed. The steep road is fine to drive up and down - but when there is an alternative - less tricky road right next to it - I would go for the less tricky road! Secondly - my side of the bed had a strong squeaking sound when you sat on it - didn't stop us from having a good night's sleep though!
Great location with quality rooms and friendly attentive staff. The full Yorkshire breakfast is a must as the black pudding is sublime.
