Nicht schlecht, aber für den Preis zu teuer.
Pros:

Die Lage der Bungalows war optimal am Strand gelegen. Zwei sehr schöne Strände mit feinem Sand, 50m Sportpool nie überfüllt, Erwachsenen- und Kinderpool. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Auch sehr gutes Restaurant am Strand mit zuvorkommender Bedienung. Abendessen Buffet OK (siehe unten).
Das Animations-Team war sehr zuvorkommend und hat jeden Abend eine super Kinderdisco veranstaltet. Sportkurse waren gratis.

Cons:

Die Bungalows sind in die Jahre gekommen, dass heißt es gab im Bad keinen Einstellspiegel und Kleenextücher nur auf Nachfrage. Schöne Marmorfliessen jedoch teilweise über die Jahre Verfärbt. Dusche nur provisorisch mit Vorhang in der Badewanne mit auch verfärbtem optionalen Gummiteppich. Die Seife ist ohne Teller im Waschbecken herumgerutscht. Für ein 5 Sterne-Hotel hätten wir auch im Zimmer modernerer Möbel erwartet.
Zudem hatte es mehrfach Ameisen im Bad und im Wohnzimmer. Durch die Hausdame wurden dann aber Insektizide versprüht. Das WLAN hat in einem Bungalow nicht funktioniert. Auch auf Nachfragen Problem nicht behoben. Wir mussten für die Benutzung des Fitnessstudios extra 18 € pro Person zahlen (bei Buchung wurde noch ein kostenfreies Gym beworben).

Leider haben wir höchst wahrscheinlich durch einen Chicken Gyros Spiess am Abendbuffet, der nicht korrekt durch-gegrillt war, da zeitgleich sehr viele Gäste essen wollten, eine Gastroenteritis bekommen (können die Ursache relativ gut eingrenzen, da von 4 Familienmitgliedern nur zwei erkrankt waren und wir bis auf das Hühnerfleisch alle das gleiche gegessen haben). Waren nicht die einzigen Hotelgäste, die betroffen waren. Und auch den Tennislehrer hatte es wohl erwischt. An der Rezeption wurde aber vollständig abgewiegelt und uns gesagt, dass ein Virusinfekt die Ursache sei.

Beautiful Hotel and surroundings! Only needs a small refresh.
Pros:

We loved the hotel's location, views, and the beach. It's a beautiful hotel that is seamlessly integrated with nature and the mountains. The property is quite spacious, so it never feels crowded. It’s great for kids as there are plenty of activities available. The tennis courts are amazing! The staff were all very nice.

Cons:

The bedrooms are quite outdated, especially for a 5-star hotel. Although they changed the towels every day, they did not actually clean the room or change the bed sheets. Our second bathroom had no hot water, and despite numerous attempts to inform the reception staff, the issue was never addressed. Additionally, for the last two days, we were awakened by the cleaning staff at 7:15 AM while they were cleaning the adjacent bedrooms. This was very unpleasant, especially when you're on holiday and trying to rest, with little kids.

Douchen in bad zonder gordijn en smal toelopend naar de bodem.
Diner bleek in 2 ploegen, waardoor we om 19.30u verzocht werden te vertrekken.

Nie było źle, ale spodziewałem się więcej za taką cenę.

Jedzenie ogólnie było dobre, nie jakieś wybitne, ale mi się podobało
Korty i rakiety są całkiem dobre.

Cons:

Widok z pokoju nijaki. Miałem mieć widok na góry, i jak się wyjdzie na zewnątrz to faktycznie widać, ale nie jest to tego szczerze warto. Widok z pokoju w którym bylo płatne za widok na morze nie widać go praktycznie, bo drzewa zasłaniają.
Napoje i lody oprócz jak na śniadanie są płatne.
W ostatni dzień pobytu prądu nie było, to nikt nie poinformował zawczasu o tym.
Miejsc w restauracji jest ewidentnie za mało, dużo takich co w słonecznym miejscu gdzie się nie da komfortowo siedzieć.
Jest za głosno w sali zamkniętej.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

The hotel is great! The food is good, everything is very clean, and the staff are friendly. The spa area is also highly recommended. I had a back and neck massage with Chrysa and it was fantastic. She knew exactly what she was doing and it was very pleasant.

Great salsa holiday
Pros:

Stayed here for Viva Crete salsa holiday. A beautiful venue. We booked a room with a view of the water and were absolutely not disappointed with this, especially when the sun was setting. The room itself was fine other than the shower. There was a bath with shower head, but the only place to put the shower was on the far wall, so directing water at yourself without it spraying all over the bathroom was difficult. The resort is huge, so bring comfy shoes! Good food, other than the wasp filled honey bowls in the morning!

Pros:

I can really recommend this place. I had a sports massage with Chrysa, and it was excellent. She adjusted the pressure perfectly — firm and effective, just as a proper sports massage should be — yet still very relaxing. Very professional and pleasant atmosphere. I’d definitely come back!

A perfect vacation
Pros:

Kalimera Kriti Hotell & Resort just outside the little town Sissi on the North East side of Crete is a paradise. With its unique architeture built like a small greek village with lots of trees and flowers Kalimera Kriti is by far one of the most beatiful hotels in Crete. In addition a friendly staff always at your service make a stay at Kalimera Kriti to a perfect vacation for everyone even families with small children. Especially we would like to thank Athina, Despina and Aldrin, Nikki and Marwin for excellent service during breakfast and dinner. The food, vegetables, fish, meat, cheese, fruit and desserts are excellent with a selection that should make it possible for everyone, even the youngest, to be satisfied.
A lot of space for everyone in and around the pools for adults and children. This time we preferred to stay at one of the spacious beaches, also convenient for families, were we could enjoy the sun and bathing.
Thank you all staff at Kalimera Kriti for this visit and see you again next year.
