Very disappointing stay because of the rude and disrespectful staff. I would not recommend this hotel.

The property is okay!!

Cons:

The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, treated us very poorly. They spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful manner throughout our stay. Every time we left the hotel, they insisted that we hand over our room key in an unpleasant way, making us feel unwelcome. We felt that we were treated differently from other guests, which made our experience even worse. I have stayed in many hotels and luxury resorts around the world, and I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. The problem was not the building itself, but the attitude of the staff. Customer service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

Molto comodo per una tappa intermedia per chi come noi rientrava dalla montagna, pulito, accogliente, ottima colazione. La nostra quadrupla spaziosa e confortevole. Super consigliato.

Pros:

Una bella struttura nella parte di ingresso, camere nuove, zona calma.

Cons:

Le stanze assegnate erano in una struttura diversa da quella principale e senza ascensore. La doccia presentava muffe all'interno. Nessun parcheggio per i clienti.

Pros:

Uno dei pochi hotel che ho trovato con accesso a tarda sera.

Cons:

Hotel spartano adatto per soggiorno di passaggio. Nel nostro caso utilizzato per dormire qualche ora dopo il pronto soccorso in attesa di nuovo accesso al mattino. Telefonicamente mi avevano comunicato un prezzo e in struttura volevano farmene pagare un altro ma poi risolto prenotando con booking.
