Shower is deceiving.
Pros:

the food and the service was excellent
the room was clean

Cons:

The shower wasn't great, the bathroom is big but the shower cabin is tiny and there's no fixed shower head. You have to hold the douchette to wash your head.
The room and bathroom were really cold and there's no heating working.

Also no telephone to contact reception.

Gutes Hotel, tolle Lage - empfehlenswert
Pros:

Der Ausblick auf den Comersee ist sensationell, das Personal sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ausreichend, das Abendessen sehr lecker, gute Qualität und abwechslungsreich.
Wir würden das Hotel wieder wählen, da die Lage ruhig ist und sich so gut vom Trubel des Tages erholen kann

L'équipe est vraiment très sympathique, repas formidable.

Cons:

Parfois un peu bruyant par manque d'isolation phonique entre les chambres. Lumière du chauffage qui clignote toute la nuit.

Très bonne étape reposante et calme
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel avec une superbe vue du jardin et de certaines chambres sur le lac.
Le restaurant sur place.
La petite promenade pour descendre au village (assez raide, 200 mètres de dénivelé environ, 40 mn de descente) à remonter ensuite !
