Tolle Lage, gutes Essen
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Haus macht von Aussen einen sehr guten Eindruck.
Das Abendessen war hervorragend und wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Deshalb zum Essen jederzeit ja, zum Übernachten leider nein.

Cons:

Beim Betreten des Zimmers waren wir dann sehr ernüchtert. Es war zu dieser Zeit sehr heiss, die Vorhänge waren zwar zugezogen, doch die Hitze war nicht aus dem Zimmer zu bekommen. Ein kleiner Ventilator verschaffte etwas Luft. Wir litten die ganze Nacht, denn die Balkontüre wollten wir nicht öffnen, führt ein durchgehender Balkon direkt am Zimmer vorbei. Zudem waren grosse Ventilatoren evt. von Küche gut zu hören. Ich bin überzeugt, dass nicht alle Zimmer des Hotels belegt waren und man hätte uns ein kühleres Zimmer (nicht gegen Westen) zuteilen können. Wir fanden das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht passend.

Trotz großer Hitze war es ein super Aufenthalt im Sternhotel.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr gut aufgenommen. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft empfehlen wir gerne weiter, weil alles stimmte. Jeder Raum machte einen glänzenden Eindruck. Toll auch das Frühstück - reichlich abwechselnd und stärkend.

Cons:

Hier merkte ich das erste Mal, daß der Fernseher in dieser Bildgröße, trotz meiner Brille, nicht mehr genügte. Da hätte es gereicht, wenn der Fernseher am Bettende gestanden hätte. Jedoch sind wir ja wegen der Sommerspiele nach Bad Hersfeld gekommen. Da ich gehbehindert bin, kam es darauf an, daß das Hotel in der Nähe des Theaters stand und dafür 5 Punkte.
