La situation est parfaite. La literie était très bonne. Le petit-déjeuner très varié. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking.

Surprisingly great stay! Reviews are not always right!
Pros:

We booked this hotel last minute and we’re not expecting much but we were so pleasantly surprised.

Interesting family room layout that the kids, loved, great bathrooms and the beds were excellent.

Cleanliness was amazing, really a high level.

Nice people, we would definitely come again.

Manage your expectations and you will have a great stay and great value for money.

Well done to the team here!

Prix exhorbitant - prestations misérables - nul respect des clients

Cons:

- Directeur de l’hôtel criant et se disputant avec quelqu’un le soir devant notre chambre, probablement dû à une consommation excessive d’alcool
- deuxièmes cris et dispute devant notre chambre avec un client le lendemain
- clients fumant à l’intérieur de l’établissement sans être dérangés par le personnel en place (soir)
- aucun geste de la part du directeur du aux désagréments causés
- très mauvais rapport qualité/prix
- chambres qui ne sont pas isolées (bruit constant)

Sehr sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich
Tolle Lage zum Strand oder shoppen

Cons:

Betten gut, Rest sehr veraltet. Man sollte nicht soooo empfindlich sein in Sachen Sauberkeit! Teuer die Garage und das Frühstück und die Übernachtung für den Hund!

L’hôtel Approach est parfait pour un séjour au calme près de la plage.
Pros:

L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel, au calme, un peu décentré par rapport au centre de Knokke mais au calme et tout près de la plage.

Tout était bien.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, maar we moesten zelf voor ons bestek en borden gaan zoeken. Uiteindelijk hebben we 1 mes moeten delen. Het ontbijt was ook zéér duur 39 euro per persoon. Parking was duur en de toeslag voor een hondje voor 3 dagen was 177 euro. Dit was niet op voorhand meegegeven. Er stond een nespresso machine op de kamer zonder koffie en tassen. Daar moesten we 20 euro voor bij betalen. Het hotel is afgeleefd en is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Wat wij op die 3 dagen hebben moeten betalen is schandalig. Daar hadden we 1 week met het vliegtuig naar het buitenland kunnen gaan.

De service van de medewerkers : zij doen alles om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Wat wil je eten, zij maken het klaar voor jou. Een echte aanrader.
