Clean, well-maintained, the sfaff was friendly & the breakfast was good
If you arrive later, the reception is closed and you have to drive 5mins to another hotel to check in. If you don’t have a car, it’s extremely inconvenient. Didn’t understand what’s the point, there was restaurant staff who could have kept the key with them rather than making you drive (or walk if you don’t have a car) through the city just to pick up a card.
The food was amazing : we came directly for the supper and wine - service was very kind and professional ,trout was ultra fresh, hermelin melty and satifying , the bryndza dumplings were delicious and very authentic.Breakfast cozy and well set all the time fulfilled : regional honey ,cake and burčak.very clean,comfortable beds,silence
Nothing around,reception was in different Hotel and nobody contacted us to get there instead of the one we came.We lost some time to figure it out,but in the morning they opened their reception so there were no issues.

Vynikající snídaně, velký výběr, vajíčka i se špekem prostě paráda. Příjemný personál.
Check-in - byl na jiném hotelu, což trochu komplikuje příjezd, ale nic co by se nedalo zvládnout.

Velice útulné, čisté, vhodné pro rodinu s dětmi.
J ai oublie mes lunettes dans la chambre au moment du départ. Elles ont été retrouvées le jour même par le personnel de service. Malgré plusieurs messages et appels téléphoniques elles ne m'ont jamais été renvoyées. C est une honte de se comporter ainsi commercialement.

Patogi vieta - rami, tyli, nors šalia zoologijos sodas - nuostabi patirtis vaikams. Netoli prekybos centrai ir mažas, bet jaukus miesto centras. Nemokamas parkingas, nuostabūs ir sotūs pusryčiai. Supratingas ir paslaugus personalas, sklandžiai ir greitai sprendžiantis rezervavimo ir registravimo klausimus.
Hned vedle vstupu do zoo a dinoparku, to je také důvod, proč jsme se zde s dětmi ubytovali.
Pokoje dostačující, čisté, s klimatizací. Snídaně v ceně, večeře výběr z menu restaurace- velmi dobré.
