The property itself it was ok, stuff was nice, breakfast was good, room was good and comfortable, but the location it was bad, yes close to the downtown but the area is just scary at night, it smells so bad, dirty I would not stay here again!

La atencion del personal es muy buena, muy amables, te dan informacion completa, la encargada de los desayunos es una persona agradable y cordial, las habitaciones amplias y limpias, te guardan en recepcion el equipaje antes del check in y despues del check out sin costo alguno, eso nos dio flexibilidad para aprovechar que nuestro vuelo llegaba temprano y el de regreso salia en la tarde, para irnos a comer y recorrer la ciudad sin cargar el equipaje ni tener que esperar los horarios de ingreso y salida alli mismo, la unica razon por la que no me volveria a alojar es por el ruido de la calle, se siente demasiado de dia y de noche, nuestra habitacion estaba en un quinto piso hacia la calle y el hotel esta sobre una avenida, no se si los pisos mas altos y con habitaciones hacia la parte interna no lo sientan pero en la nuestra fue muy molesto, se podria pedir desde la reserva que no asignen una habitacion hacia la calle ni en pisos bajos, la ubicaciones es central, se encuentra en un punto en el que si te desplazas unas 2 o 3 cuadras hacia la derecha del hotel, esta el museo nacional, el hotel tequendama, zona de restaurantes y otros sitios para visitar, tambien la ciclovia los fines de semana, varias estaciones de transmilenio, pudimos llegar caminando a la Plaza de Bolivar y de alli al Museo de Botero incluso, sin embargo tambien tiene muy cerca una zona que nos parecio no muy segura, vimos muchos recicladores y personas con aspecto poco confiable, en la noche la calle donde esta el hotel es muy sola, no es recomendable caminar por alli a esas horas, si en el viaje se van a dedicar a estar en otras zonas de la ciudad y piensan regresar al hotel en transporte particular que los deje en la puerta como fue nuestro caso no tienen problema, si por el contrario quieren explorar caminando hasta entrada la noche ya es otra cosa.

Las habitaciones son ámplias, con cama muy grande y cómoda, en general el aseo es excelente, tiene nevera y el desayuno es bueno.
