Pros:

Freundliches Personal, günstiger Preis, leckeres Frühstück (wenn auch anders als auf dem Foto im Fahrstuhl)

Cons:

Die Umgebung ist nicht sehr freundlich (der Taxifahrer hat dreimal gefragt, ob er uns nicht lieber in ein anderes Hotel fahren soll; nach zwei Querstraßen sieht es aber besser aus!).
Es ist derartig laut, dass man schlecht schlafen kann. Die ganze Nacht ist lauter Straßen- und Baulärm zu hören; wir hatten auch trotz der Bitte bei der Buchung, ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken nach hinten raus zu bekommen, ein Zimmer nach vorne heraus.
Trotz des sehr guten Preises, des Frühstücks und des Betten Personals würde ich dieses Hotel ich noch einmal buchen.

Bookingを通じてこのホテルを予約しましたが、到着するとホテルは満室で宿泊できなかった。フロントのスタッフをメールでその旨小生に連絡したとのことだが、旅行中でメールは入手していなかった。一度予約を受け付けておきながら橈尺時にキャンセルされてその後自分でHotel San Franciscoを探した。

Pros:

We enjoyed the attention from te breakfasts service personnel, her name is Andrea. She placed special attention to us and all other guesses in the hotel. We were pleased to be attended be her.

Cons:

This hotel cold be better than it is. The lobby does not faithfully reflect what is sold on the web. First impression when arriving was not pleasant, the hotel looks old. Room curtains dirty. Rooms were noisy. I understand more care should be placed in this business. It’s locations is competitive, I understand the should invest to be more competitive.

Great location, Room with view to the city center and mountains would have been better.
Pros:

Location was super. in city center. Rooms are simple but comfortable.

Cons:

When booking this hotel i explitly asked to receive a room in the highest possible floor and with view of the city center/ view looking to Colpatria Building and Monseratte. When i arrived they placed me in a room at the other side. When i asked about this at the reception the answer was, we are overbooked, we cannot do anything for you.

Las instalaciones no son nada parecidas a lo que se muestra en las fotos, se ve mas oscuro y deteriorado, por esto decidi cancelar mi reservación y no alojarme en el lugar.
