Spędziliśmy tu naprawdę miły czas, z przyjemnością wrócimy ponownie!

Wspaniałe śniadania, przyjemny design, hotel bardzo klimatyczny, obsługa pomocna i bezproblemowa.

Cons:

W pokoju hotelowym panował dziwny zapach, który utrzymywał się przez cały czas pobytu, uwzględniając nawet wietrzenie.

Czyste pokoje i super lokalizacja, ale kiepski stosunek cena-jakość.

Obsługa:
- mimo zapewnień przy zameldowaniu, że w dowolnym czasie można korzystać z ekspresu do kawy w lobby, okazało się, że nie można tego robić podczas śniadania;
- poprosiłem o żelazko i deskę do prasowania. Nie zostały mi dostarczone przed pokój, lecz podczas mojej krótkiej nieobecności ktoś po prostu wszedł mi do pokoju.
Śniadanie - bardzo słabo zorganizowane, długie kolejki do kawy i ciepłych dań, nieuprzątnięte stoliki. Rozumiem duże obłożenie, ale inne hotele potrafią sobie z tym poradzić. Syf na stolikach utrzymujący się przez kilkadziesiąt minut po wyjściu dużej liczby gości jest nie do przyjęcia.
Suszarka w pokoju to żart, równie dobrze można sobie dmuchać na włosy.
Okropny, brudny dywan w windzie z garażu do recepcji.

Excellent hôtel facile d'accès en voiture et très bien situé.
Pros:

La chambre était confortable, avec une salle de bain assez spacieuse. Très calme et parfaitement situé à proximité des remparts et de la ville. Excellent petit déjeuner.

La lenteur du check in .

Pros:

Super lokalizacja blisko starówki nad bulwarem. Fantastyczny wystrój wnętrza. Duży i wygodny parking. I coś tak nie oczywistego jak kącik czytelniczy, biblioteczka.

Bagno non giudicabile in quanto per handicap
Non ci sono interruttori da poter azionare all’occorrenza e così vale anche x aria condizionata che con comando posizionato troppo in basso, bisogna piegarsi per leggere la temperatura, magari se posizionato ad altezza occhi sarebbe stato meglio ma ripensandoci forse va bene per chi è in carrozzina.
