Pros:

It’s relatively new , well maintained facilities. There is a kids playground, which can keep the kids entertained. Very good breakfast

Cons:

The check-in process is so complex , needing us to type name and passport details of all the guests. We came in a group of 6 , so it took some time .

Enjoyable.
Pros:

Excellent location and room with lake view balcony. 2mins walk to go swim in the lake. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The bar could be open to a later time than 11pm, as since the hotel is loacted in a secluded area it could be more convenient for guests.

Schöne Lage, aber viele Enttäuschungen

Die Lage direkt am See ist sehr schön, das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir waren aus verschiedenen Gründen nicht zufrieden - nicht alle, aber die meisten lagen in der Verantwortung des Hotels: Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, was bei 33 Grad Außentemperatur wirklich unangenehm ist. Leider ist aber die Rezeption nachts nicht besetzt, also konnten wir uns an niemanden wenden und haben aufgrund der Wärme im Raum kaum Schlaf gefunden.

Wirklich geärgert hat mich aber, dass uns, obwohl unsere Tischreservierung im Restaurant fast 4 Monate im Voraus erfolgt ist, uns ein Tisch in einem völlig schmucklosen Zusatzraum zugewiesen wurde. Auf unsere Reklamation hin bekamen wir dann einen Tisch quasi am Fenster zur Küche, wo es extrem laut war. Das hat mich wirklich extrem enttäuscht. Hätten wir kurzfristig nach einem Tisch im wirklich sehr vollen Restaurant gefragt, hätte ich das verstanden, aber nicht mit 4 Monaten Vorlauf.

Nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels, aber trotzdem extrem mühsam war, dass ein Paar in einem der nebenliegenden Zimmer eine Stunde lang extrem lauten Sex hatte. Ich freue mich grundsätzlich für alle, die ein intaktes Liebesleben haben und es darf auch mal kurzzeitig lauter werden, aber über 60 Minuten das Gefühl zu haben, einer absurden Pornoproduktion zuhören zu müssen, das macht keine Freude. Leider konnten wir auch in dieser Situation keine Unterstützung durch das Hotel suchen, da die Rezeption wie gesagt ab dem späten Abend nicht mehr besetzt ist.

Wir würden nicht nochmal dort buchen :-(
