Très déçue. J’avais réservé 2 nuits avec mon fils de 5 ans, mais nous avons quitté l’hôtel dès notre arrivée.

Couloir très sale (boules de poussière sur la moquette), odeur de renfermé dans la chambre, climatisation ancienne, store cassé, poils et cheveux dans la douche et sous la drap de lit, oreillers malodorants. Les toilettes étaient beaucoup trop hautes et la marche pour accéder à la douche peu pratique, surtout avec un enfant.

La réception nous a proposé une autre chambre, odeur de renfermé à nouveau, présentait des traces de saleté sur les portes et la climatisation était juste au-dessus du lit.

Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Nous avons dû réserver un autre hôtel à la dernière minute. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Absolute Empfehlung für Europapark / Schwarzwald Urlaub.
Pros:

Absolute Spitzenklasse, wir können die schlechten Bewertungen in keinster Weise nachvollziehen und lassen Sie sich davon auch nicht irritieren. Wir hatten eine Whirlpool Suite gebucht, Zimmer mit schöner Galerie, großem Balkon, tolles Badezimmer, Ausstattung vom feinsten, die Möbel alle mit Soft Touch Funktion, alles scheint durchdacht unnd Funktioniert auch wie es soll. Check-in kein Problem und total unkompliziert trotz später Anreise (nach 18 Uhr).

Lage ist super, 1 Minute mit dem Auto zum Europapark Parkplatz. Frühstück war Klasse tolle Backwaren von einem Bäcker, kein aufgebackener Mist aus Massenproduktion, sonst alles super Solide und lecker, Service total aufmerksam und hat immer alles sofort nachgefüllt wenn es kurz vor leer war. Vielfältig, hier findet jeder was...Pool draussen sieht sehr sauber aus, alles total gepflegt. Anmerkung: macht kleine Mülleimer auf die Tische beim Frühstück, das hilft einfach allen, Gast und Mitarbeiter!

Parkplätze sind 10 Euro / Tag und recht groß, auch ein dicker Sportwagen hat locker Platz. Gibt sogar E-Ladesäulen wenn man mit dem Aufzug anreist. Vom Balkon aus Abends hat man bei 40 Grad an dem Tag, mit dem Pool unten und der schönen Beleuchtung überall das Gefühl man wäre auf Mallorca oder den Kanaren. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Das nette Personal und die gute Küche 😀 der Pool war auch nicht zu kalt😁 Betten waren sehr bequem 😁

Das es mich fast in der Dusche aufgeschmissen hätte. Sehr rutschig darin man muss gut acht geben wenn man sich darin bewegt.

Heerlijk zwembad en geen last van het nabij gelegen pretpark.

Cons:

Betaald parkeren. Er is iets verderop ook gratis parkeerruimte. 3 minuten lopen
