The property was in a perfect location, hotel was so nice super clean and very modern . Staff were super helpful and was only a 15 minute walk to the park and also has shuttle buses very close by . Staff were kind enough to decorate the room as it was my girlfriends birthday couldn’t ask for anything more would highly recommend this hotel

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner , peu de chambre, la proximité avec europapark. La piscine.

Cons:

Le personnel de chambre rentre dans les chambres sans frapper, sans attendre quon repond et quand il se trompe ne s'excuse pas il ferme aussitôt la porte.

Rustige fijne plek met zwembad voor de drukke dagen na het attractiepark

Het hotel is niet supergroot, wat een kleinschaliger gevoel geeft. Heerlijk om het zwembad in te kunnen na de warme dagen. Vriendelijk personeel en lekker buiten op het terras kunnen zitten zonder een te druk gevoel te hebben was erg prettig. De kamer zag er goed verzorgd uit en precies zoals omschreven.
Wij hadden deze accommodatie uitgezocht wegens de nabijheid van Europapark. Eerlijk werd aangegeven dat het beter was niet te lopen naar de entree van het park maar de auto te pakken en uitrijkaarten werden verzorgd door hun ( wij hebben wel betaald voor het parkeren bij de accommodatie)

Cons:

Ik heb via Booking.com de boeking gedaan. Hiermee zou ik recht hebben op een early check-in om 13.00 uur. Echter dit was door Booking.com niet doorgegeven aan de accommodatie waardoor wij moesten wachten tot 15.00 uur. Dit lag echter niet aan de accommodatie zelf. De snell wifi waarover gesproken werd was er niet. Het was een redelijke wifi maar niet voor kinderen, die hebben we op de eigen hotspot gezet.

Das Frühstück war perfekt. Es hat nie etwas gefehlt. Sehr herzliches Personal. Super cozy Betten. Perfekte Lage. Alles super modern. Wir konnten nichts negatives feststellen.
