Too cold
Pros:

Staff were nice. Room is clean but dated.

Cons:

Room was extremely cold. I had the heat pump on 30 the whole time and still couldn’t get it to warm up. Hot water also took a long time to heat up.

Location is great but the place needs an upgrade as the facilities are dated.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. She was very stretched as she was the only one at the reception and sometimes there's a few guests checking in at the same time but she still manages to hold her cool and service with a smile. Her name is Angelica.

Cons:

The rooms are dated and carpets old. The walkway is cold and there's noise from guests walking/talking along the corridor early in the morning, waking me up.
