La colazione è caotica e i tavoli all’esterno lontano dal buffet ed insufficienti all’esterno

Overall, I believe it's worth coming here. The beautifully landscaped grounds and the room we stayed in were excelle
Pros:

The facilities are excellent and the property is beautiful. Everything is very well maintained, and the landscaping is thoughtfully designed, creating a stunning and relaxing atmosphere.

Cons:

The service was not quite at the level we expected. For example, at breakfast we often had to wait for a table to be prepared, which gave the impression that the hotel was understaffed. Another issue was with the towels: after using them at the beach, we were expected to reuse the same towels later at the pool, which was inconvenient and did not meet our expectations. So be aware of is that some of the hotel's policies are not always clearly explained it's worth asking about things when you arrive to avoid any misunderstandings and frustration.

Problems due to a storm and staff didn’t explain situation well leading me
To think it was isolated to our room rather than a whole wing of the hotel, as a result I wasted 2 hours trying to get them to fix our room but nobody explained they were in backup power due to a larger problem .

Direction pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel de ce standing. Le personnel est dépassé par une quantité beaucoup trop importante d’événements, ce qui se ressent très fort sur la qualité du service.

Pros:

Tutto, ambienti curati e puliti, personale eccellente. Un ringraziamento particolare al bagnino Antonio per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. Complimenti anche a tutto il resto dello staff per l'efficienza e la cura della spiaggia, sempre perfetta.
Così come è perfetto disponibile ed efficiente il servizio a colazione (abbondante e di qualità), pranzo e cena nei due ristoranti presenti. È la nostra terza vacanza qui ed è sempre meglio.

Posto incantevole a pochi minuti da Ostuni, Locorotondo, Monopoli, Polignano al mare

La spiaggia riservata all’hotel

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il ristorante della struttura sul mare “il pontile” pasta alle vongole quasi cruda e personale poco attento,e i dolci non commentabili.

Wish we could’ve stayed here longer, exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, modern rooms with 3 clean pools & plenty sun loungers (& day beds). Loved the little shuttle train which takes you down to the beach (easily walkable too but handy in the heat).

Cons:

Our room balcony door didn’t lock (we were ground floor- so not ideal but we didn’t feel unsafe)

Food can be pricey for small portions but all tasted lovely.
