Parti comuni dell’hotel, posizione , spiaggia comoda , servizio ristorante

Cons:

Camera standard a piano terra un po’ piccola con accesso interno a un piccolo patio non curato . Consiglio maggiore attenzione
Però camera internamente molto pulita .

Es un excelente resort de playa, muy cómodo, excelente desayuno y el.personal muy amable.

Cons:

Deberían renovar las tvs y controlar la reposicion de las ammenities en las habitaciones. En temporada alta, el tránsito debería funcionar hasta mas tarde.

It is a lovely hotel for families close to Ostuni
Pros:

Good location, staff very helpful. Never felt crowded

Cons:

The gym had limited equipment and was very hot, even early in the morning.
Strange policy on towels - paying for any extras!

Pros:

Nuestras vacaciones en este hotel han sido maravillosas. Desde el primer día con la bienvenida de un menú especial con pantalla para ver el partido de España. El personal es muy profesional desde que llegamos hasta el check out con Simón y Claudio súper atentos a todo lo que les solicitamos. Las piscinas, el acceso a la playa con Antonio para tener las tumbonas y sombrillas preparadas. La limpieza de todo el hotel y sobre todo de las habitaciones que no faltaba detalle. Los chicos y chicas del comedor y la cafetería de 10. Nos llevamos un recuerdo especial de este hotel para siempre en nuestros corazones.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit entspannter Atmösphäre und Bahn zum Strandabschnitt
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage auf mehreren Ebenen, gut architektonisch angelegt. Der Außenbereich hatte einen Alkoven zum Sitzen und eine Möglichkeit zum Wäsche trocknen. Die Pools waren alle 3 gut, besonders die große Lagune ist wunderbar abwechslungsreich. Zum eigenen Strandabschnitt fährt eine kleine Bahn alle 20min oder man läuft 10 Minuten - sehr nett.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und bot genug Abwechslung. Das einmalige Abendessen war etwas teuer, aber mit die Pizza war sehr gut.
Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre dort und super hilfsbereites Personal.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Städte mit dem Auto zu entdecken z.B Ostuni, Cisternino, Polignano, Alberobello etc.
Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gerade so an der Grenze für mich.

Pros:

Resort was clean, in acceptable condition and overall ok but nothing about the stay was overly memorable for good or for bad. Value for money, it is on the high side for the offering. The live evening entertainment was a great touch.

Cons:

Staff never went out of their way nor where they overly welcoming - the feel was they were just doing a job and nothing more. Our check-in was rushed and minimal information passed on. When it became apparent there was much about the resort we never knew, I had to go back to reception with a list of questions about things like beach/lounge access and towels that should have been told to me upon check in. Facilities were ok but pool/lounge chairs for this size resort were inadequate. Gym requires attention and was not fitting of a 4 star resort.

Decent hotel, just needed better care on certain elements.

Cons:

Housekeeping- did not change our bedsheet in any of our rooms throughout the stay. Entered the room when we were inside without knocking. Electricity power cut daily, aircon was not working and internet was slow, not enough car parking near the reception

Beautiful resort with easy beach access but no public transport, must have a car or find a decent local driver
Pros:

Very clean, quite an easy access to a lovely beach

Cons:

Just that you have to drive everywhere and the staff at dinner where quite slow and forgetful - we had to order stuff few times

Exceeded expectations but also had low expectations going in. You feel like you are bougie there.

Overall comfort and amenities.

Cons:

Two things bothered me - the staff didn't enforce the pool chair policies of leaving a towel. Guests would leave a towel for hours and staff didn't pick it up after 20 minutes per policy. Second the gym could have been better - the dumbells / weights only went up to 10 kg, and one treadmill was out of service. The exercise room also needs shades to keep the temperatures down.

Great place for holiday with family. The hotel organised private transport to Ostuni town.
Pros:

Amazing place for family holiday, all facilities, very professional staff, great food. Travelled for work, but brought my family as well, best decision, but wish we stayed longer to enjoy the amazing large swimming pool.

Cons:

Wish there were some shops in the area.

Sehr schönes Hotel am Meer.
Pros:

Großes Hotel am Meer in der Nähe von Ostuni. Uns hat besonders der Lagunenpool gefallen. Da war immer was frei und nie viel los. Es gab täglich Strandhandtücher. Zum Meer konnte man alle 20 Minuten mit einem kleinen Zug fahren. Zu Fuß waren es 10 Minuten. Am Strand waren Liegen inklusive.. Wir haben 2x im Restaurant gegessen. War sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück insbesondere die Brotauswahl war für den Preis überschaubar.
Die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht schließen.
