Room was great, rest was not up to standard.
Pros:

Our room was lovely and everything was fine with it but the lobby was a mess, there was construction that hadn’t been mentioned when booking and there was a lot of noise/drilling happening in the area.

Schöne und neue Zimmer. Gutes Badezimmer mit sehr guter Dusche. Sehr gute Lage

Cons:

Nur ein Stuhl im Doppelzimmer. Kleines Zimmer aber für NYC nicht schlecht.

Good room. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Under reconstruction … so messy and crowded “lobby”. Eating spaces cramped.
Front desk staff curt and barely helpful. Generally acted like they were doing me a favour by responding.
