Pros:

숙박은 이틀 예약이었습니다 첫날은 무척 당황했습니다.
복층으로 된 호텔룸은 처음 이었거든요
부킹닷컴에서 예약시에 알지 못했던 사실이었습니다 방을 교체해주기를 원했지만
만실이라고 방이 없다고 했습니다
정말 기분이 나빳지만 어쩔수가 없었습니다
짧은언어로 인해 항의 하기 어려웠고 하루만이라도
방을 교체 해달라고 얘기는 했지만 확실한 답을 들을 수는 없었습니다..
밤늦게 다음날은 방을 교체 해줄 수 있다는 전화를 받았습니다
좋다고 해야 할지 나쁘다고 해야 할지
어쨓든 다행이었습니다
시라쿠사의 오르티지아 섬은 30년전 처음 방문했을때보다 더좋은 기억으로 남을거 같습니다

A very nice hotel with a great location.
Pros:

The private beach and boat trip to it was a lovely added bonus. There is a hotel tan bar serving drinks and snacks at the beach which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great on the roof terrace and the waiting staff provided a great service.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous staff. Perfect lication 👌🏻
Pros:

The location is ideal central to all the sites. The staff are amazing. The hotel has the best restaurant and food so far in Italy, the terrace restaurant is located on the roof top overlooking the harbour. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Hotel has secure parking across the road from hotel cost Euro 20 per day. Fabulous breakfast plenty of variety.

Cons:

Nothing everything was perfect would definitely stay again at this hotel.
