Not a quality 5 star hotel with basic facilities missing especially if you’re uk
Pros:

Front of house excellent but not a 5 star hotel. Paid extra 100 euros per night for better room.TV useless health and safety issues. No coffee macne no milk had to ask for water So many issues which made it a very poor hotel for 500 euros per night.

Ok but not like the Et des de Palmes that we stayed at in Palermo which was elegant.
Pros:

Location and breakfast and service was excellent.

Cons:

The location of our room was terrible. On the ground floor. Housekeeping carts permanently parked outside our room door. Actually had to move a cart to get into our room. Room directly opposite the service elevator. View was horrible. Windows were ground level so you look at the parked cars on the street. Don’t stay in Room 20. Room itself very nice.Ground floor location terrible.

Lovely
Pros:

Great hotel in an excellent location. You can walk everywhere as Ortigia is quite small. Parking outside was a real bonus. Staff are lovely. Great breakfast, great aircon, comfortable beds and lovely bathroom.

Not a great room but a great area
Pros:

The best thing is the location and the wonderful bellhop that stand at the door with a big smile to greet you . Roof top view and restaurant although expensive had great views

Cons:

The rooms were dark and so small that in my friends room she didn’t have any place to even open her suitcase , I used the small round table were lucky to have in our room so I put my suitcase on top of that .the rooms are dark and run down a bit , my friends room had almost no light in it at all just two small windows looking onto an elevator shaft , so if you want to stay make sure u get a room with a view of the water , the beds are rock hard which I didn’t mind but was had using one tiny coverlet,

Stunning hotel - restaurant rules put us off trying it
Pros:

Beautiful hotel right on the harbour in Ortigia next to bars, restaurants - excellent location. Staff were fabulous - really helpful and friendly.
Room was small but beautifully furnished and we had a terrace with a great view - loved the accommodation

Cons:

Breakfast was good but no egg options except scrambled offered or fresh orange juice - but it was a good breakfast and waiting staff were very helpful and polite. Also beautiful breakfast terrace.
We did not have dinner there as it was quite expensive and there was a sign saying you had to have at least two courses and you couldn’t share dishes. We always share dishes in Italy to get more choice / so dinner was a big no for us at the hotel - shame because the terrace where restaurant is situated has stunning views

Klassisches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Zentrale Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Stark abgenutzte und hellhörige Zimmer. Eine Renovation wäre für den Preis angemessen.

A Wonderful Hotel In Ortigia
Pros:

I just left the hotel after my second stay-last year at this time and now. As always it was wonderful.
The location is great and the rooms and bathrooms are lovely. I would also like to say that the housekeeping is excellent. The room where breakfast is served ( which also is the dining room) is really lovely and overlooks the water.
I want to say a special thanks to Emanuele, Luciano and Adriano who went out of their way to provide warm, informative service as well as a heartfelt welcome back. They certainly made my stay a nicer experience.
For anyone going to Ortigia this hotel is an excellent choice.

部屋をジュニアスイートで3部屋予約しましたが、まったく違い、階段しか上がれない屋根裏部屋でした。トランクを運ぶスタッフも無く、フロント対応も酷く、部屋を変えてもらう交渉に１時間かかり、やっとスタンダードの部屋に案内されましたが、狭くシャワーはチョロチョロしか出ず、最悪でした。とにかく何を言ってもブッキングドットコムに言えと言われました。返金をお願いします。

Amazing stay
Pros:
