Our recent visit to Mandarin Oriental, Macau was absolutely outstanding, largely thanks to the incredible team.Outstanding Service from the moment we arrived, the front-of-house team made us feel truly welcome. Every single member of the staff—including Jacky, Myla, Faye, Leo, Eloise, and Andy—was remarkably attentive, accommodating, and kind. Their synchronized care and warm hospitality elevated our entire afternoon.Culinary Perfection the kitchen team matched the service perfectly. The Chef personally made sure that every dish arrived looking beautiful and tasting flawless. It is rare to find a restaurant where both the service and the food are executed with such precise attention to detail.We will definitely be back soon!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Macau. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. Every single person I encountered was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help with anything I needed.

When my room wasn't quite ready, the staff went above and beyond and upgraded me to a beautiful suite, which was such an unexpected and appreciated gesture. The thoughtfulness continued throughout my entire stay. Every day, I returned to find a little something waiting for me as a thank you for staying with them, from a bottle of wine to snacks and other treats. Those small personal touches made the experience feel incredibly special.

What impressed me even more was how personalized their service was. When I mentioned that I was in Macau to attend a fan meet, they didn't just acknowledge it, they actually incorporated it into my stay. They created a personalized welcome card for me featuring the artists and the poster from the fan meet I was attending. I was honestly so surprised when I saw it! It was such a thoughtful detail and showed that they were actually listening and taking the time to make my experience specific to me, rather than providing the same standard luxury experience to every guest.

I had also purchased quite a bit of merchandise from the event, and the concierge team helped me arrange transportation to have all of it picked up and delivered safely back to my room while I was still attending the fan meet. That was something I had been worried about before my trip, and they made the entire process incredibly easy for me. The concierge service was truly top tier. No request ever felt like too much, and everyone was incredibly accommodating and helpful.

Michelle at the front desk deserves a special mention because she was AMAZING! She was so kind, attentive, and helpful and truly added to an already wonderful experience. She even gifted me a personalized luggage tag!

I've stayed at luxury hotels before, but this was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. What stood out most wasn't just the beautiful property or the suite, it was the people and the level of individualized service. They paid attention to why I was visiting, what was important to me, and found ways to make my stay even more memorable because of it.

The entire team made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for, and there was truly nothing they wouldn't try to help me with. That level of attention and personalization is what luxury hospitality should be.

If you're visiting Macau and want a hotel where luxury extends far beyond the property itself and into the way you're treated as an individual guest, I cannot recommend the Mandarin Oriental, Macau enough. I would absolutely stay here again. Truly a 10/10 experience! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental, Macau. What stood out most was the genuinely personal and attentive service throughout our visit.

A very special thank you goes to Michelle, our Butler, who took excellent care of us and made us feel truly welcome. She was warm, professional, attentive and always one step ahead without ever being intrusive. This kind of service makes a real difference and is exactly what we associate with Mandarin Oriental.

We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, who was extremely friendly, approachable and clearly very engaged with the guests. It is always impressive when the management of a luxury hotel is so visible and takes a genuine interest in the guest experience.

Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant and relaxed.

Another highlight was the bar. It has a fantastic atmosphere, with sophisticated design and just the right touch of Macau's casino glamour. A great place to have a drink in the evening and enjoy the feeling of being in Macau without it becoming overly loud or hectic.

Overall, an excellent stay with outstanding hospitality. The combination of personal service, cleanliness, atmosphere and attention to detail made our visit particularly enjoyable.

We would happily return to Mandarin Oriental, Macau and can highly recommend it.

Our stay at Mandarin Oriental, Macau was exceptional from beginning to end.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with extraordinary warmth and hospitality. We were truly honored and pleasantly surprised to find the General Manager and members of the management team waiting at the entrance to personally welcome us. It was such a gracious gesture, and we felt incredibly touched by the warm reception.
We were also delighted with our beautiful and spacious suite and the wonderful welcome amenities prepared for us. Every detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
What made this stay particularly memorable was the outstanding service from our butler, Ms. Michelle Liew. Michelle was exceptionally attentive, warm and thoughtful throughout our stay. She took care of every detail with great efficiency and grace, and always seemed to anticipate what we might need. Her genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home, and she was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay.
The service at breakfast was equally impressive. The team was attentive and observant, taking care of even the smallest details and making our mornings especially enjoyable.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s leisure facilities. The Spa was wonderfully relaxing, and the Jacuzzi was especially comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind during our stay.
We would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Leo Yang, whom we met by the pool. Leo took the time to introduce the hotel facilities to us and shared many interesting stories about Macau and its history. His knowledge and enthusiasm turned a casual conversation by the pool into a fascinating experience, and we genuinely learned a lot from him.
As longtime guests of Mandarin Oriental hotels, we have always loved the warmth and personalized service of the brand. Our experience in Macau was a wonderful reminder that it is the people who make a great hotel truly special.

The food at Vida Rica was delicious. Christine, Kristin, Myla and Iris provided excellent service and great food recommendations.

The service was exceptional. Michelle Liew has helped us a lot and took care of our trip on every aspect. The room was in great condition, and the spa service with jacuzzi and sauna room really relieved our fatigue.

The Mandarin is amazing! Friendly and helpful staff from the moment you check in to the moment you leave. Our hostess Michelle Liew made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us her whatsapp number to message her! I mentioned it was our honeymoon and they suprised us with champagne and cake in our room which blew us away! Amazing view over the harbour and of the Macau tower. The room and amenities were perfect and spotless. 10/10!!

I was honestly quite upset at first because the guests next door had a party late at night, and the noise kept me awake. The next day, the hotel offered me a late check-out as an apology, which I really appreciated.

A special thank you to Jonny from Room Service. He was warm, patient, and professional. He took the time to introduce the menu to me and sincerely apologized on behalf of the hotel for the disturbance the night before. His kindness completely turned my experience around.

I’d also like to thank Pedro Keong. After I checked out, it was raining heavily and I couldn’t get a taxi. He carried my luggage and walked with me in the rain all the way to the nearby MGM, where I could catch the shuttle bus to the ferry terminal. I truly appreciated his help and dedication.

The outstanding service from Jonny, Pedro, and the entire team turned a disappointing experience into a memorable one. I look forward to staying here again!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic, delicious variety of choices that kept everyone in the family happy each morning. Great stay experience, room view is excellent facing Macau Tower

Room was amazing,housekeeping team prepared the decorations for us to celebrate our anniversary, specially Firman, Nur and Richard who I meet and ensure our stay are the most comfortable one, rest the breakfast are amazing and the view directly facing Macau tower

The staff were very friendly and the environment was cozy. The staff Michelle Liew was very helpful and introduced the facilities in detail. The room was spacious and the welcoming cake was delicious.

Great location. Hv a mall and several casinos nearby. Easy to go to places. Great service. All staff are so nice. We’ve approached several days before arrival. Michelle Liew does take good care of us, arranging the transportation, checking-in and the entire stay perfectly. Highly recommended.
