Really good, especially to jump the tram to helensvale, bus to pacific pines to see our family.
Pros:

Near grail, pacific fare beach. Great outdoor space to chill, staff willing to have a chat about more than the booking

Cons:

An extra top sheet because my hubby is a sheet hog

Pros:

The bed was super comfortable, great location opposite Pacific fair and tram/bus stop. Easy to come and go (no vehicle thou). Unit had everything I needed, handy to be able to cook and wash some clothing.

Cons:

Kettle had a leak into its the base plate. Clothing rack to dry clothes could do with an upgrade as it was a bit old and rusty.

Great Stay right on the Gold Coast
Pros:

Location was perfect.
Facilities were perfect.
Manager's were perfect.
I was so well looked after from the start to the end. They made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed to make my stay one of the best I have ever had. I would recommend Portobello to anyone. Thank you for a great stay.

Located to close to everything we needed shopping convention centre,trams.

Overall, very happy with the whole place.
Pros:

Large 1 bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen and nice comfy bed. Extremely convenient having a washing machine and dryer. Very convenient location being across the road from Pacific Fair and nearby the beach. Amazing swimming pool, very private a d beautiful surrounded by trees. Great for an afternoon swim. Surprisingly quiet despite being on a main road. Very secure and safe for kids. Amazing value for money. Great for long term stays and I'd definitely come again.

Cons:

Covered parking provided is very limited to the height of your vehicle (possibly 2m height limit?), so I had to park on the street nearby. That wasn't much of an issue as there was plenty of free street parking around the corner and relatively safe off the main road. Not a big issue, just a small inconvenience.
The apartment could have been a little bit cleaner in the bathroom.

Pros:

Price was reasonable. The staff were amazing. Washing machine did not spin, they took my clothes, washed them and returned them to me that night and the washing machine was replaced the next day. They did not have to do that !!! Greatly appreciated.

Cons:

Not much room in the bedroom to put suitcases, however plenty of room in the lounge room 😊

Very good location to stay in the Gold Coast
Pros:

Very nice apartment complex. Rooms very modern with facilities such as washing machine, dryer, kitchen. Very good comfotable bed. Very good security features.
