Vielen Dank für die schöne Aufenthalts und die gute Beratung und Empfehlung von der Emfang‘s Facmanager Frau!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern, neu, sauber und comfortable. Liegt an einem kleinen Bucht und hat sehr schöne, fantastische Sicht auf der Umgebung: direkt am Meer, Sandstrand, verbunden mit Steine Rock und Natur Walden, Panoramablick …
Live Musik am Strand, Bar oder Restaurant in der Nähe am Abend bis ca 11h pm gespielt, genug Aktivität für Jung und Alte und gut zum Erholung.
Schöner interessanter Spaziergang direkt unter des Hotel entlang des Meeres und führt zu den nächsten Hafen. Hier gibt mehr Bar Clubs und Restaurants für Abendessen und Nachtleben suchende. Den Orten verbinden gut, bequeme zu Fuss oder schneller mit Velo und Electro Trottinette.
Gute Frühstück Buffet
Hamburger Haus von Hotel bitten sehr guten leckeren Essen zu reservieren, besonders schöne hier am Abend sitzen um den gemütlichen Ort und geniessen.
Pool mit Liegen
Grossen Fitnessraum … wo hatten wir noch nicht alles im unserer Aufenthalts drei Tags und Nachts erleben.
Sehr nette freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Eine kleine Bucht mit viel treibendem Seegras; wenn Wellen hereinrollen, wird das Wasser trüb.

Séjour agréable, avec néanmoins de la déception

La chambre agréable , un peu petite , de bons vitrages qui coupent le bruit de la rue !
Le buffet du soir est simple et repetitif

Cons:

Les horaires de travail des femmes de chambre , en week-end pour se reposer : 3 réveils à 7h30 par des meubles de l étage du dessus qui sont bougés pour le nettoyage de la chambre, vraiment dommage, on venait chercher du repos !

Extreme Abzocke. Wir kamen Nachmittags am Hotel an und werden direkt wieder abgewiesen wegen angeblicher Überbuchung. Wir können erst morgen ins Zimmer und müssen in deren 2 Hotel rüber - nur 60m.
Aber dort trifft man dann nicht auf entspanntes Wellness und Kinderfreies Hotel, sondern auf Plastikstühle, Kinder und engem Poolbereich.

Am nächsten Tag dann rüber und mit dem Manager gestritten, dort schon die nächsten getroffen, die das gleiche erlebt haben.
Man könne kein Upgrade machen oder es zurückerstatten, denn das andere kostet 100€ weniger die Nacht! Nur ein Upgrade für 100€ wären möglich gewesen, man könne nicht aufs eigene System zugreifen.
Ganz klar eine Masche!

Außerdem ist es kein All-inclusive wie ausgeschrieben und der angebliche Wellnessbereich ist im anderen Hotel drüben bei den Kindern.

Los horarios de todas las comidas, es un restaurante muy internacionalizado, habituado a horarios británicos. (Cerrando la cena a las 21, cuando en España se cena a esa hora o incluso más tarde) en el “bar” que había en la piscina ponían comida que sobraba en el desayuno, no había carta para que te sacaran ningún snack (aún iendo con un todo incluido)

Love the location easy to find and it’s peaceful. Nice place to relax.

Staffs were kind and helpful. Near the beach and nice view. Room was clean.

Cons:

Was a bit disappointed by the dinner. Food was good but the dessert were not so delicious in my opinion but they all looked delicious just the taste wasn’t right.

Ich wuerde jederzeit wieder in das Hotel gehen, nur der Standort war nicht ganz optimal.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable, las vistas desde la habitación fueron inmejorables, la comida muy rica y el hotel en general muy limpio y bien cuidado. El acceso directo a la playa estaba genial pero para nosotros el punto mas fuerte fue el equipo que tienen trabajando allí que hicieron nuestras vacaciones muy especiales. Muchas gracias en particular a Pepe, Luciana, Adri, Irene, Jenny y Silvia

Wir sind mittlerweile zum vierten Mal als Paar in diesem Hotel – und das aus gutem Grund. Für uns stimmt hier einfach das Gesamtpaket: tolle Lage, sehr gutes Essen, wunderschöne Aussicht und Meerblick, gepflegte Zimmer, hohe Sauberkeit und nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal aufs Neue sehr wohl.

Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption: Sylvia. Sie ist für uns wirklich eine Perle dieses Hotels. Hilfsbereit, engagiert, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, für jedes Anliegen eine Lösung zu finden. Egal, ob es nur um eine Kleinigkeit ging oder wir beispielsweise kurzfristig einen Zahnarzttermin benötigten – Sylvia kümmerte sich sofort darum und half uns unkompliziert weiter.

Was uns besonders beeindruckt, ist, mit welcher Selbstverständlichkeit und Herzlichkeit sie sich um die Gäste kümmert. Man merkt, dass ihr das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Genau solche Menschen tragen wesentlich dazu bei, dass man sich in einem Hotel nicht nur als Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen fühlt.

Solche Mitarbeiterinnen sind etwas Besonderes und verdienen große Anerkennung.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und ganz besonders an Sylvia. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
