Nice rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast
Having stayed here last year, very disappointed to find the swimming pool is now a hydrotherapy pool and only accessible through the spa access at £30 a day. Feel it is a great loss to not be able to access the pool free for guests. Also water went off in the room at 11.30
Absolutely everything, the level of attention from all the staff is superb.

Loved the warm welcome and the central location right off the train. Gorgeous big room and bathrooms. Enjoyed the fact there is a Nespresso machine and Yorkshire tea in the rooms. Immaculately clean and smelled sensational. Staff very friendly and polite.
For a 5 star hotel there were some things that surprised me; there should be fresh milk in the fridge rather than long life pods. I would expect a turn down service as I had to wash my mugs in the sink for a cup of tea in the evening, this probably could of been rectified with a phone-call to concierge but I don’t like to be a pain. I know it’s personal preference but I think you need to have feather pillows/duvet, a pillow menu would be a nice addition. I found my pillow too thick and uncomfortable.

Terrible hotel. Dishonest and management charged me twice.
If you are thinking about booking this hotel don’t. I asked them to waive the fee of nearly £400 due to illness. They refused when others have accepted. Was even charged for the pool, £90… £490 down the drain and I earn minimum wage. Ridiculous money hungry hotel. Enjoy the money
The location was excellent, just a five minute walk from the station.
Staff were lovely, facilities were good.
Mirrors were ridiculously dirty, bathroom also not clean.
