Great location for the city centre and the transport hubs.
Great choice at breakfast and super friendly lady in there who was so helpful.
For the price you pay, can't really complain but my room was quite noisy as I was at the front of the building. However, in a city so there will always be a lot of traffic noise.
Clean, had everything we needed. Comfortable. The staff were friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday and had pancakes and a card delivered to the table at breakfast- really personal touch. Thank you

The TV could be updated or clear guidance. The staff came when called but took their time. A little more empathy would be appreciated

I had a very pleasant experience staying at Leonardo Hotel Bradford, which is conveniently located in Bradford town centre. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and visit the local attractions.
One of the things that really stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. We arrived in Bradford early, and the hotel kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them so that we could explore the city without having to carry our bags around. They also looked after our luggage after we had checked out, which was greatly appreciated and made our experience much more convenient.
These thoughtful gestures really demonstrate good customer service and a genuine willingness to help guests. It made our visit to Bradford more enjoyable and stress-free.
Overall, I would highly recommend Leonardo Hotel Bradford to anyone visiting the city. The convenient location and welcoming, helpful staff made for a great experience, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the team for looking after us so well!

Lift wouldn't stop of floor 2, which is where we were. Oneift was permanently on 7 the other came but unable to press 2 so had to use stairs and I have a broken leg

Breakfast was very very good
My room stank of smoke i called front desk asked them if this was a non smoking hotel he said yes i asked then why was my room smelling so strong of smoke he said he would send someone to check them 20mins later someone was banging on my door and trying to get in, someone was smoking in their room on the 2nd floor no other follow up call to say what had happened, so sorry about smell no offer of changing room not a dam thing.
I have stayed a few time there but never again.
It was close to the centre
Everything else. Very rude staff. Dirty rooms.
Only 1 nights stay but was very clean and comfortable. Good location for pubs , restaurants and literally over the road from Bradford Live ( The old Victoria Hall concert venue ) the purpose of our stay .
